Sally Beauty, Tucson AZ

Once I arrived I got asked if there was something they could help me with. I asked them specifically where something was…didn’t ask for opinions or anything. The associate then took me to the area and kept harassing me telling me my hair was not light for a certain color, etc. She stood there next to me while I was shopping. I didn’t ask for opinions nor her judgement. I felt extremely uncomfortable I had to walk away. Also, this Sally’s is not stocked with enough products. Horrible experience.

My absolute favorite location. The ladies are very helpful. They always greet me and seem to be very attentive to the shoppers. I always leave satisfied with all my questions answered.

I visited this store and recieved not just help but i feel educated like i can go into any beauty supply store and confidently know what im talking about as a single father i often need to venture into a beauty supply store occasionally for my 17yr old daughter never has product or process been explained to me in such detail i was helped by a young woman named Alex and i learned so much about dying hair that i feel like i could help customers with their questions now she didnt seem annoyed by my ignorrance and smiled the entire time this is the kind of employee every sallys should be hiring anyways thank you alex for your help

Just left from buying hair dye and curling hair creme. They had a young Hispanic woman follow me around the whole time and she acted like she was straightening bottles on the isles. As if that wasn't enough, she proceeds to sit by the front door as we were checking out! I paid for my products and left so upset. I will never shop at this location again

She was very rud I ask her for something and she said there but she never show me where or at least point at it

Had the worst experience at a Sally's ever today. I'm a licensed professional and will not go back or give this sallys my business anymore. This location looks like they're about go out of business and very rude

Terrible customer service. Tall woman in blue nails, bluish hair, very disrespectful. No managerial style, rude. Overbearing personality.
Needs training on how to treat PAYING customers.

Didn't stock any products I was or would ever be interested in. They used to be a much more inclusive store.

Update: when I went to return an item that was ineffective in dying my hair when I attempted a test strand I was told that the return policy had been revoked. I was quite frustrated and express that I have been told by multiple Sally's employees over the past couple days that any item with under 25% of it used up could be returned. Love it or return it. Thankfully the cashier obliged anyways but Sally's employees need to get their information Straight because that was rather frustrating.

Previous review: The cashier was real nice and helpful and very patient with her customers I'd recommend going to this Sally's over the other Sally's in the area which I haven't had as good of experiences with I also learned that you can return any item as long as 25% or less of the item has been used
