Sally Beauty reviews
20Purchased 100 bucks worth of product, my hair was platinum bleach. The ion very light blonde N9 turned my hair light brown. They say manufacturer could have put the wrong tube in the box or my hair could have processed the color wrong. Makes no sense. Can’t get my money back, not even for the tubes.
I don't think it's fair we got to wear a mask and on top of that we got to wait outside in the hot sun
They just ignore the calls and people.too rude. I don't know if is for this situation but very bad costumer service.
O one was on the phone to pik up anyone's phone calls and all they tell us to do is keep Calling how dumb
During this covid-19 I due realize that people have to work and take nessary precautions, but I feel that people also have to be a little more kind both customers and workers we are not to blame for this situation. My phone order experience left alot to be desired. The clerk taking the order needed to understand English better. Also she had a poor attitude. I have been a loyal customer of Sally beauty supply for most of my career 40 plus years. I hope they can improve on the service given.
It says pick up only but the number to call just rings and the people inside see you trying to call you and ignore you.terrible service.
It's really a nice place to shop since they expanded and there's room to move about, you can kneel down to look at something and not be blocking the whole aisle.
The prices are good the sales are even better. I got a really cute tote bag on my last visit for spending a certain dollar amount.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, it was our first time bleaching hair and Queen was amazing! She gave us great recommendations and provided a few tips and tricks.
They had great customer service. The girl was really patient with me because i dont know much about hair color. She reviewed the steps on what to do twice and she answered every question I had.
The women here are so impatient, mean and rude. They speak Spanish to each other even in front of obvious English speaking customers and make you feel unwelcomed if your not Hispanic. I hate this place now. Very uncomfortable here. Don't waste your time unless your from Mexico. I am just being honest. I am so happy that I have my cosmetology license now so I will not ever have too deal with Sally's too much.
This store has crappy service. There very rude to customers and they don't know anything. I well never again shop at this store.
Rude workers, awful costumer service very impatient the girl with dark brown eyebrows and blond streaks looks at you as if your there to ruin her day, one girl was on the phone while there was a long line of costumers, if your incompetent to do your job why work there? Is what I'm wondering I don't know who hires these lazy women but the Sally's at spectrum mall is ten times better.
If I could give this store a zero I would! All of those girls and the previous that worked there are so rude. They act like there better than any customers besides that they talk smack about customers! I recommend you to go and spend your money somewhere else instead of helping these lazy and rude childish girls.
The workers are rude! With hickys on the neck.
They mop around like its the worst job ever. I only go there because it's 2 min away!
This location sucks, very poor customer service I will not be going there again. Also asked to speak to manager told 2 weeks before they are back, asked for head office number told to look it up on line. Nope thus location leaves a lot to be desired. I've been shopping sallys for years and will continue to do so at all the other location that values my business.
They are rude, they told my girlfriend only way to fix her hair it to keep bleaching it and did not even offer any knowledgeable information on where we could go.
They have some cool colors to dye your hair. But the staff was rude. Didn't help me out and just talked to each other.
They always seem to be out of certain products sporadically which means always substituting something for something else, and whenever I ask for them to check they they won't even do that. The lack of customer service skills and feeling of laziness is more stocked up here than the products. I only used the store because the next closest one is 20 minutes away. If you need something don't go here drive the distance to a better store it will be worth it, it's what I am doing now.
Walked in and the girls working there just looked at me without greeting. One walked by me and also didn't acknowledge me. They were talking across the store and also cursing. Seems like it's probably their first job or that they even own the store. And even if they owned the store there's no professionalism or manners.
Has a little bit of everything for every type of hair I got this blow dryer from Sally's Beauty Supply very good quality love it
