SALT, Tempe AZ

Absolutely regret living here. Was not told when moving in that in 2 months they would be shutting down the entire courtyard for a year for renovation. (The courtyard is the nicest part of this community) Apartment is constructed cheap. Too many fire drills and when I attempted to leave the building during one and i found that my only exit was blocked off due to the construction and renovation and when i brought it to the attention of the leasing office was told to just jump over my balcony that’s it raised feet off the ground since i am on the first floor. Before moving in we were told we could request full size washers and dryers, so we did. But now apparently there are no doors the will fit over them that allows us to use the washer and dryer. The hallways are dirty, college kids destroy property and it is not worth the money. Only positive is the maintenance team, Myke and Dennis are very helpful and responsive.

My wife and I live in a condominium next door to SALT, and while I can't say I know much about the apartment itself, I have had the opportunity to get to know their Community Manager, Taylor Rogers, and I could not be more impressed. If the way Taylor treats SALT's neighbors is any indication, I'm confident that SALT's tenants will be absolutely thrilled with Taylor's management.

My experience living at SALT has been nothing short of exceptional. I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this place home.

First and foremost, the location and view is an absolute standout. Gazing out at Tempe Town Lake and the majestic Papago Mountains from my apartment is a daily treat. It's like having a breathtaking postcard scene right outside my window, and it never gets old.

Beyond the view, the apartments themselves are a testament to luxury living. The modern design and high-quality finishes create a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere. It's a space I'm proud to show off to friends and family.

What sets SALT apart, though, is the exceptional staff. The property manager, Taylor, and the rest of the leasing and maintenance team are incredibly friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the community here is comfortable and happy.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to live at SALT Apartments. It's a wonderful community with beautiful apartments and a fantastic team managing it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star living experience in Tempe, AZ!

I just moved out of this place. By far, the worst living experience i have had. For some reason, all my neighbors (right, left, above and below me) are all either legally deaf or wear size 18 shoes. And dont get me started on the weekends. Faculty did not help address this issue whatsoever. -10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Worst Apartmets complex in AZ hands down, worst living, always noisy and a very very bad service from the leasing office. Plus they look down on us like we work for them

Myke and Dennis are wonderful. They are so responsive to any issues you may be having in your apartment and they have a great sense of humor. They really go above and beyond!

So far this place is really nice and Mike from maintenance was super helpful and fixed everything efficiently.

Just toured salt this week and the whole office staff is awesome (Drew, Jaiden, Taylor, Troy)! I can’t wait to move here next year!

Right before my girlfriend and I moved into SALT, we were super excited because the location was perfect, and the building/units are way cooler (for a lack of a better term) than other apartments in similar price ranges. Our standards were set high pretty quick.

We ended up signing a lease, and soon after we moved in, we experienced some issues with the management, mind you this was with the OLD MANAGEMENT. We started to get cold feet.

After finally getting that all figured out, SALT brought in NEW MANAGEMENT, and Taylor started running the ship. Ever since then, we have loved every second living here at SALT, and anything that came up was handled efficiently and positively under Taylor. You can tell that she wants nothing but the best for the community, and in our eyes, she's definitely responsible for turning the community around.

If you're on the fence, you should definitely move here, and do your best to get a unit with a loft!

I love living at Salt! This apartment is by far one of the best in Tempe. Drew is the best leasing agent I have ever worked with. He got me into my apartment within just a couple weeks and he is very responsive with any issues that arise! I definitely recommend moving into the Salt apartments!

I've been living here for nearly 3 years, everything was fine until the recent management change which shifted everything. They are not cooperative at all especially during the current construction; there is no effort being put into residence satisfaction.

It causes unbearable inconvenience, and despite all this, the administration is completely uncooperative and they have no ounce of honesty! I would not advise anyone to live there

Mychael and Dennis are great! I had to have a new appliance installed and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Mycheal even went above and beyond out of his way to fix a bracket in the door to help it close more securely.

Had a leak in apartment and they put fans in our daughters apartment for 2 weeks raising electric bill To 3 times as much and they blamed
It on the heat and not the fans when we even showed them the daily usage going way up during fan usage. She finally told me it wasn’t due to heat and they just won’t reimburse us for any of our electric bill due to a leak due to a dishwasher being installed incorrectly.

Myke from the maintenance team is awesome! He responded to our request quickly, repaired our issue and even offered to change our filters while in the apartment. Definitely went above and beyond.
