Salt River Veterinary Specialists reviews
3 $5856.86 spent here with Ultrasounds 4/20/23 and testing and wound up treating my dog for an issue to adreanal gland when he had 4 tumors which were cancerous and they never told us THEY WERE EVEN THEIR A SPOT ON THE LIVER is all. They kept ripping me off with unnecessary testing when they knew he was going to die. /when I CALLED that he was in distress they said call your primary vet. I took him to emergency and was told of the tumor mass detected on his liver, ULTRASOUND DONE and was told he was in bad shape and tumor was pressing on his gallblader and would only suffer.
BOTTOM LINE DON'T TAKE THEIR WORD GET A SECOND OPINION RIGHT AWAY, if you love your pet they use this to drain your wallet and then some.
Salt River Veterinary Specialists are phenomenal. Our dog, Theo, had bladder stones and they had moved into his urethra. SRVS scheduled us to see Dr. Radlinsky the next day. After having some unsatisfying consults with other groups we were scared and stressed but Dr. Radlinsky and her assistant were both extremely knowledgable and evidence-based in their approaches. They took time to explain everything and answer our questions thoroughly. The procedure was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had acquired (they only charge you for what is necessary) - but honestly that's not why we chose this group; after meeting Dr. Radlinsky and her assistant, we knew our dog was in the right hands.
The cystoscopy was minimally invasive. Our dog was able to go home that day, didn't need a cone (because we could stay home with him), and they helped us control his pain. His incision healed nicely and the doctor has followed up twice to make sure he is doing OK and to answer our questions. I feel so relieved to know this practice exists. Pic is of our little guy soaking up the sun less than 1 week post surgery.
I've been leaving multiple messages and nobody has returned my phone call to get an appointment for my dog.
I will remove this negative review if somebody calls me back on Monday
