Dr Zakhary is a skilled dr he loves questions you throw at him and none is too hard to answer, He sits patiently and waits for questions and so when he can’t wait to answer it

My experience with the doctor and the staff is very bad. Doctor Sammy is zero of doctors, he put 4 diplomas on the wall for number one of the year (I wonder how much he paid for those diplomas). You should check those diplomas to see if they are fake. I asked for my ultrasound test to be sent to my doctor, they did not send it. When I asked them to send it to me, they told me that I have to pay, how rude they are to ask me to pay for the test results that the insurance pays for. Don't waste your time going to him because he won't help you because he doesn't know. Fake vein doctor.

Doctor and staff are awesome! Very professional, courteous and caring. Doctor "Zak" always has time to explain or answer your questions. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. They are truly a model practice. They love what they do and it shows. Should be more doctors and staff like this one.

The staff are wonderful, polite and friendly but also professional, they know their job and do a very good job. Dr Zakhary is one of the best doctors in Arizona. I see 8 different doctors and he is the best one.

This was a visit to review the ultra sound. Check-in was quick and I was called quickly to see the Doctor. Dr. Zakhary indicated everything looked good and there were no concerns. I was able to make an appointment for two years out since everything looks good and one year appointments don't seem to be necessary at this time. The staff was very friendly checking in and checking out. A great group of folks to work with. Thank you.

My experience with Dr. Zakhary and his staff was unique in a very positive way! Their team work approach provides a positive, professional and energizing atmosphere where every staff member is smiling and welcoming! Whether over the phone, having scan procedures or meeting with Dr. Zakhary, I was provided with explanations of procedures, a review of scan results and explanations to my many questions. I was treated respectfully, patiently and with genuine concern. Phones are answered promptly, my wait time for each and every appointment was minimal and I was never left with the impression that they were trying to speed through my visits. This is how all medical facilities should treat their patients!

I have been extremely satisfied with Dr. Zakhary, however a medical practice isn't run by the doctor himself. I was diagnosed with venous insufficiency and began trying to get scheduled for surgery seven months ago. I finally gave up after leaving repetitive messages, and leaving messages through information obtained from the practice website. I did actually speak to someone in scheduling twice, but nothing was ever followed through on. There was discussion about a concern that my insurance wouldn't cover the procedure. I inquired about the cost and stated that if they don't cover any of it, I will be personally responsible. Still nothing was scheduled. You can't get a live person on the phone to speak with, you have to leave a message with a return call weeks/months later. I need something done to fix the increasing pain. My PCP asked for medical records with no response. I physically went to the office yesterday only to be told that I would have to pay $75 for the records. While the doctor may be fabulous, his staff leaves much to be desired. Sadly, I must part ways and find a practice that will actually fix my problem.
