Sam's Club reviews
16Wish I would of brought my truck instead of car. It's amazing what you see at Sam's club. Went food shopping while getting my tires changed. Is that something to share?
Pick up never ready, always one struggling worker, management doesn't help just standing around, cars lined up waiting.
Generally cool with sam’s club but the way their app NEVER works for me at the gas pump is really making me crazy. Every single time I need to track down the helper guy to put in his membership card because the fuel capability on the app doesn’t seem to work. Sam’s club, if you want people to use your app (and it seems you do because you wouldn’t even issue me an actual card), MAKE SURE IT FCKN WORKS.
The meat department dude was unprofessional. He needs a lesson on customer service to the people. I'm sorry if I asked how many ounces. A lobster tail would be just to get an idea how much I was going to pay for (2) pieces.
My experience was awesome I wish I could remember my cashier's name cause she was the best she was sweet she was helpful and I couldn't be happier with the service that she gave me she made my day
In and out with little fuss. I guess when you use the app to be their free checker it helps.
It be 5 but they never, ever have hot dogs ready at snack bar. You need to go at a certain time otherwise you miss out.
Very clean, well display each items look around.fresh meat, fish, dairy, vegetable,
special fruit section, and black Angus meat our favorite.
Pick ups we're on time the last 3 times. Great improvement from last month. Keep up the good work
They would not let me in because the app was taking too long to load. Only sam's club I have been in that stops you if you don't have the app already open. Why does Sam's club encourage Scan and go but you need the card or a fast phone to get in the store?
Fresh squeezed orange juice; yay! Organic Arabica coffee; yay! Oscar Meyer sliced turkey in deli case; yay! Just appreciate having these products available. Can't believe how much prices have increased, but relative to grocery store prices, Sam's still affordably priced. And, just anecdotally, seems like Sam's is "committed" to more "organic/natural" products. Just because you want good pricing or buy in "bulk/larger quantities", doesn't mean you dont want "quality/less adulterated" products.
On top of the self checkout being removed, I had one of the employees at the front door run me down making sure I bought something. I went to self checkout purchased it, went to the door show that I had the receipt and walked out, the lady literally ran me down the parking lot telling me I couldn't leave unless I showed the receipt. I don't know about you, but I'm pretty sure that's against policy
Not specific to this store. I bought batteries for my pickup. 6 months later I moved to town where there is no sams so I cancelled membership. Now one battery went bad and they won’t warranty it even though it comes with 3 year warranty because I’m not a member anymore. Duracell won’t warranty either as sams has special deal with them.
Not really bad about sams, just don’t buy anything with a warranty. You may just get screwed!
Still a great
Place to buy in bulk. A little pushy to renew membership when it's 3 months away.
The only reason I keep my membership is the gas prices. Floor staff and even a couple managers I’ve had to deal with over the last year are vastly under-trained, lacking professionalism or even the basic necessary work flows to do their jobs while providing decent customer service. I come in with low expectations just because it’s Sam’s/Walmart from the beginning, but even then lately it’s just ridiculous. If you’re going to work in customer service, at least pretend to want to help the customer.
They always have what I want. All lines were open, so fast checkout. Staff was nice, but not overly helpful. I'm 5'2" and was putting a full sized mattress in my vehicle. I got it, but someone offering to help would have been appreciated. I get it's my responsibility, but a little chivalry wouldn't have been turned down, either.
