Sam's Club, Tucson AZ

Standing in line for over a half hour at the cafe because only one fat guy is working the register and he's moving like slow Moses. He needs another person to help him

Went in for collagen powder.apparently they are out! Picked up a couple other things I didn't need. If they don't restock soon I'm going back to costco

Just your basic EBT food stamp club sam's loves your government handout money. Specially the big big girls ones in the electric carts smh

I can always find something that I need. I found several items that I had to have. Always fun to explore.

Sam's is always a good alternative to Costco, we have memberships to both and go through phases, we are most recently on the Same phase. We love the employees, always friendly and smiling, and with the scan and go app and now being able to order from the cafe online and just pick up on your way out things are super convenient.

It doesn’t have brands outside of Members Mark on some items. It’s still a great place to shop in bulk on items you use a lot of for a pretty good price.

Completely disappointed. This roasted chicken that I bought today for my perception is raw, I have photos but it won't let me upload them here. I chose to throw it away I don't want to get sick. In addition, the store is too far from home to return it. I hope you consumers be careful. You trust store protocols. I will never buy a chicken again.

It wasn't as crowded this visit. Found everything on the list. We usually buy enough to last us 2-3 months. Their meats are always of good quality, which we buy a lot of. The dairy section is always fully stocked. We always save money by buying in bulk.

Scan and go is awesome! Pick up is also awesome! If we forget to order something we just run in and do scan and go and skip all the lines.

Found what i needed. I was able to get in and out in record time. Enjoyed the experience. Even had lunch.

Your customer service lady is rude. Very unpleasant experience today. Have her switch places with one of the nice door ladies.

Unlike every other store in town, people are actually behind a register, helping you, rather than acting like we're criminals doing something wrong. I never said, gee, I want to check myself out n stuff, and let go of human jobs. Shame on y'all.

We discontinued our membership at Costco in favor of Sam's about a year ago because we travel to Mexico a lot and they only have a Sam's. It didn't seem to make sense to be paying for two separate memberships, and we decided to give the club here in Tucson a try.

It's just not the same as Costco. The quality of the products is not as good. The prices are not as good. Despite being less crowded, the wait is always longer.

My experience in the optical department was so much better at Costco. They have way more selection at a much better price.

Overall the associates at Sam's are super friendly and helpful. But the overall quality of the club just does not compare.

Went around 4: 30 on a Sunday, actually breezed right through the store. THAT never happens.

I love this place mostly because I get just few items and be out. Unlike costco, its always a big line to pay. Sam's has very good service and extremely tasty chicken.

Busy as always had to circle the parking lot several times, to find a spot and a motorized scooter. I even left ran another errand and came back. That's when I found a spot and scooter. Not a handicap spot though.
