Go 68 miles to Sam's Club forgot my card my credit card everything and they told me at first that they couldn't process nothing and I couldn't buy nothing and then a nice lady, long name Diane and she told me she says you got us telephone rece yes I do have a Sams app I said yeah she said you can use Scan & go

I have been trying to get pool chlorine going on two months now. They don't have even have a place to stock it anymore. Another pet peeve they are asking for membership cards again before entering the store. Why did they start that up again? I use to love going to Sams but now I leave the store angry and diapointed. Warning if you get there early on Sundays you will have to stand in line on the sunny side of the building. Here in AZ it can be 100 degrees plus. Bring lots of water.

I think the Sam's on market street is much better more selection in clothes and cleaner.this Sam's doesnt have much went there cause it was closer

Terrible service Nicholas in the tire department is one of the rudest person I ever met he had a terrible attitude
I was getting new tires installed on my Cadillac and Nicholas was doing the install I told them I did not want him touching my vehicle terrible customer service at this Sam's Club

Layout of the store is easy to learn, larger selection than the location in Chandler. The associates are nice. Store is clean and when not during a pandemic (items out of supply through no fault of their own) shelves are well stocked.

This Sam’s club is ok for shopping but the food court area is filthy. The tables are always a mess. Please clean them more often, it’s gross.

The auto center went above and beyond for me with fast and friendly service too! I go out of my way to go to this location for great service store wide!

Customer Services is everything but customer service.everyone looks very unhappy and they always look understaffed.

Mr. Sam Is A Brilliant Business Man That Thinks Outside The Box. Nonetheless, It Appears That This Chain Will Remain On Costco's Tailspin. The Wholly Owned Walmart Subsidiary Is Great For All Products, Except For Seafood And Specialty Meats. But, I Did Make A Great American Meal From Their Fresh Ground Burger Meat. Get 3% On Certain Promotions Or Beat The Line, With Their Quick Scan And Go. Just Go Throw It All In A Bag. And Call It A Day.

I've been a Costco member for more than 15 years and today was the first time I set foot in a Sam's Club. I've been missing out. It was a nice run Costco but Sam's has things you just don't offer. Love the Premier Protein clear drink among other items I was happy to discover at Sam's Club.

They have the best employee in the best service I never have problem with this Sam's Club special in Gilbert and San Tan Valley Sam's Club they are the best service love you guys

It seems to be a bit smaller than some other locations but perhaps that is because of how it is arranged. Our cashier never even spoke to us. Not "hello", not "thank you ". Nothing. Oh yes, he did tell us the total. That was it.
The demonstrators were terrific and informative about their products.
The line at the deli to get a hotdog or a slice of pizza was very long. It wound around into the area where people were leaving, making it difficult for people to maneuver their carts out the door.
The fellow checking carts at the exit door didn't even look at people's receipts. Odd.
All in all a clean store, though.

I am one that has membersip to both Sams and Costco. Sams club has always had a few things I like so kept membership fo r most part. My membership expires in 3 days so this was last trip to get a few things. I will not renew, especially now after store closings. I have always wondered how they stay in business. Parking lot 10 - 15% as full Costco. Usually 2 or three checkouts open compared to 10 plus at Costco. If your second in line at Sams it's likke being 5th in line at Costco. Not near as friendly and much worse customer service. Easy choice to not renew. The only reason I went there was for about 3 - 5 things they had and Costco didn't. Definetely not even close to the same as Costco. I'll just keep the best.

Really good but PREMIUM RED POTATOES IS A FAKE I washed the potatoes and the original coffee shell came out!

Renewed my membership for Christmas baskets and things for office gifts. Negative is that their baskets are all alcohol or candy. Very lame. Years past they had cookie baskets, cheese and meats, tools, coffee and now only 2 choices. Not a real great selection of meats and the seafood is overpriced. To top it all off employees were literally being paid to watch a football game. Not just watching but yelling and screaming so loudly that it was heard from the back of the store. Will upload the video to show what employees are doing.

Nice friendly place to buy items in bulk at a reasonable or even cheaper price than other stores. Helps me save money with a growing family

Always out of items I"ve been buying there for years. Tired of the excuses manager gives. Going to go back to Costco.

One of my favorite Sam's Clubs to go to in Arizona. The team is ALWAYS friendly, the only area the store lacks in is the men's restroom. Pretty dirty and outdated. Sinks pulsate when you wash your hands and the hand dryers were covered in the dirty water from other people's hands. Until this changes, they'll only receive 4 stars out of 5.

Sams club as always until you get to the exit. The gentalman with the beard was so nice I actually ledt felling better than when i arrived. Keep up the good work.

I try to come here and eat a polish once a week. It's a great value and it gives me the boost I need. Five star polish dogs.
