Sam's Club, Bullhead City AZ

As many years that I have been coming here, today was the first time I was stopped and asked to see my card. The older lady said she asks everyone coming in to see there card, which is false. Because my girlfriend went before me and was not carded she doesn't even have a card for Sam's club, and the other people before me were not asked. Must of been the color of my skin.hmmmm

Quick and easy but you need to have their app installed for the quickest loading time. The curbside delivery people are always very nice and polite. I actually prefer this way of shopping rather than in store. In and out in ten minutes and you never leave the comfort of your own car.

At Sam's club what do you expect, it's slightly above Walmart but it's still the same crowd. Oh and it would be nice if Sam's club employees would enforce the company mask policy and also the city and states mask policy

Very disappointed nothing on the shelves in the departments we went to. Had to go to Safeway down the road and they had everything we were needing.

Found almost everything we went for. Masks are required. Did not care for how they rearranged the store.

Fast and safe. Out of paper towels but got tp and everything else we needed. Store clean and employees friendly and helpful.

Lets face it, the newly remodeled Sam's Clubs and Wal-Marts suck. That corporation is so cheap they don't even want to pay minimum wage and have enough cashiers to help people. 5-1 self service machines. If I wanted to work at Wal-Mart I would put in an application. Once all of the minimum wage jobs are finally gone in this country who will shop at Wal-Mart?

I think they took the employees that worked at Wal-Mart, and brought them here, so they wouldn't feel rushed. There is NO sense of urgency or concern on anyone's part. So frustrating.

There's always something new to see. Great selection of every day items as well as seasonal items.

Everyone at my Sam's club on highway 95 in bullhead City Arizona so helpful I adore them all and I like shop on the store oh, I have everything I want and then some too much ice cream LOL thanks

Some items we needed were out of stock. Now we have to go to another store which defeats the purpose and we have to use more gas. When you pay for membership, nothing should be out of stock. Otherwise we could just go to Walmart.

In and out, no problem. Needed help with 2 large things again no problem. They were happy to help.

Cashier 'Rita' explained the reward monies we had accrued. We were able to use part of that money for our purchase today. Nice of her to let us know we had this to use. Besides being knowledgeable Rita is a very pleasant person.obviously enjoys her job!

My husband made an appointment for a tire rotation. It should only take 20 minutes. Sad! It took an one & a half hours! Their Supervisor told us they are "Short Staffed! "

A nice young man asked if we neeed help while we were looking at rugs. That was so nice of him. Usually no one is around to help.

Also was nice not having to pay for our groceries. Our annual cash back was more than enough to pay for them.

Thank you Sams for making our visit a very wonderful one.

This review is for the food court I waited about 15 min in line when there was only 3 people ahead of me. I waited another 15 min to get my 2 vanilla yogurts. They definitely need to check the dynamic of the employees and see how they can fix it. I think they need more help, the guy that was there was preparing pizza, hot dogs, and yogurt etc and the older lady was just in the cash register charging customers maybe she should help out the guy to give the customers the food.

Best pizza slices in town. Was, don't know what happened but the pizza is garbage now. Went from a nice chewy crust to a thin piece of cardboard. Some bean counter probably said we are using to much flour lets cut back Very disappointed.

The selection was good what you would expect from a Sam's Club but WOW please do something about your parking lot. The surface was so rough it was like pushing a cart down a gravel road.

This is one of the best Sam's I've ever been to the people there are really nice and they work hard and of course Sam's house everything you need.
