San Simon Rest Area Eastbound

Well lit & clean rest area. A good place to stop and stretch your legs during a road trip.

If you can help it do not stop here. Complete disgust with this place. Bugs everywhere. In the sink in the toilets all over the floors. The ppl who run this place clearly don't care.

I know it's mid summer and hot but there was no usable pet area. Pet area/all areas were dirt, foxtails and thorny stickers.

Very nice rest stop with nice views. Info on the area. Lots of restrooms. Even a snack and beverage machine!

Came here to rest for an hour or two with my husband and it's nice area but the women's rest room is dirty and I saw so many bugs in the stalls and in the sink I quickly used the rest room and felt disgusted by how dirty and hot it was in there I suggest they throughly clean the restrooms and remove the bugs and it will be a pleasant experience!

Toilet paper all over the stall floors only one faucet worked. Either the heater was on or they have no AC

Nice rest stop. Easy on off the highway. Parking for cars and semis are on the same side. Plenty of picnic tables with shade. Bathrooms seemed old but were pretty clean. There’s a dog walking area right next to a sign that warns of poisonous snakes, so keep your pups on a short leash.

Terrible rest area very outdated! Bathrooms are tiny.the stall doors come below my shoulders, dirty sticky floor, Bugs everywhere

This is an excellent rest area with very clean restrooms and a large area for dogs. I was even able to park my truck under some trees in the shade and catch a few zzz’s

Rest stop should say closed when restrooms are locked. Nothing on the sign or on the doors. Both women's and men's are closed.

Clean and easy-to-use except for the vending machines which are behind chain fencing and my hands don't fit in there very well

Clean restrooms. Plenty of parking. Covered picnic tables. Great views. Snacks and drinks. Handicap spots. Pet area. Information boards.
