STAY AWAY FROM SANTAN FORD! They gave me the dirtiest loaner when I had to take my car in for a recall. I was afraid to get in the thing, it was so dirty. After having my car for 3 weeks, I got in my car only to find bird feces on the inside from them leaving my windows down. Only gave one star because I had to.

I brought my 2020 F250 Tremor here for its first oil change and tire rotation. I showed up a little early but they still got me right in. They had told me it’d be about 1.5 hrs to do the service when I made the appointment. They had it all done in about 45 minutes. The waiting area was clean and had some nice creature comforts. The individuals with whom I spoke were kind and professional. I felt great about taking my vehicle there and plan to continue to do so in the future.

Would highly recommend. We buy all of our vehicles through San Tan Ford and use their service department regularly for vehicle up-keep. The staff is always highly knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Our vehicles last and run great. I had never trusted a dealership until I found San Tan Ford. Good people, not like your typical car salesman.

I was first introduced to San Tan Ford via the Service Department in 2012 with a used auto I purchased elsewhere. Service Department proved to me I was a valued customer from Day One. I learned of the Sales Department in 2015 with the purchase of a new Mustang Coupe after they offered a great trade-in of the previous car. Since then there have been two more new car purchases. A 2018 Mustang, and now a 2021 Mustang. A "Three-peat" customer was only possible because of a solid company ethic, both Sales and Service.

We were coming out of a bankruptcy and John Dye at the dealership did not make us feel ashamed or was hard on us. He went above and beyond to help us into a new car and didn't force us into something we didn't want or couldn't afford. All in all best car buying experience ever!

Dont get me wrong I love Ford but the people here were condescending and would not even meet us in the middle I do love ford but this place was a letdown.

I would give zero stars but that is not an option. I traded in a 15 ford fusion in perfect condition for a new ford focus (that they pushed me into saying it will help my credit). After about a month of consistant phone calls following up to confirm who they were getting me financing with, they told me they could not do the deal and to return the new car and get my trade in back. It took them well over a week to find my car and when i got it back there is a huge dent in the front door that was not there before but looks like they tried to fix but did a piss poor job. There was also a huge scratch on the rear door and scratches on the black console inside. I know they had it in the shop cause of the grease on the headliner and door pilars. They also only returned one out of two keys and didnt know where the other one even was nor did they seem to care that it was missing. They run a car lot and are incapable of taking care of a car. Worst experience ive ever had at a car lot.stay away from this very incompitant and pathetic dealership.

Sit and watch the employees. I hear 2 guys talking about what they are doing after work 2 girls talking about brownies a people few on their phones and I'm here for now 40 minutes waiting on a piece of paper. This is exactly why I switched to Berge this round I've bought my last 3 cars at santan and everything always took so long and no one has a sense of urgency. Went to Berge and was out the door in about an hour with a new f150 last week. I hope this is the last time I need to step foot in this place.

Had my truck serviced here a few years ago it was a terrible experience overpriced high-pressure sales from the service advisor. Ended up driving across town to the West Valley.
Decided to give San Tan Ford a second try & regret it. The service advisor couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone and never asked what type of oil I wanted, maybe because he was focused on selling overpriced service packages. When I asked what was included in one of the packages all he could tell me was tire rotation.
I won't be coming back.

My salesman, James Zyck was great, He took his time with us, no pressure and talks to you not at you. Other salesmen could take a lesson or two from him.

To my car there to have door locks replaced due to recall. Service dept is top notch. Planning on buying a new car before year is up and will definitely be visiting SanTan Ford and give them a shot.

Made an appointment for an oil service. Being tight on time that day I made sure that my car would get serviced at the time of appointment only to find out I was expected to wait close to two hours before getting in. No apologies or any attempts to make this work, I was simply told that making an appointment “doesn’t get you ahead of the line”. I’m not sure why they have appointments if they don’t mean anything. This place sucks.

Crazy.booked for oil change, said it would take 2 hrs. This is worst than a Doctor's appointment schedule. Hope the manager gets a training on what customer service is about. Don't book more than your service department can handle. Not good service or fair to your mechanics. Makes me wonder how good the service really will be. Not right!

Went to their service center, Quick Lane, for oil change. Courteous young lady met us almost immediately to welcome us. Service advisor informed us of the wait time for our oil change. Very knowledgeable and professional. Had our grandchildren with us, and they did fine there. The children's area was helpful, but a little cramped. Everyone there were helpful as well.

San Tan Ford dealership is one of the best locations to invest in a new/used vehicle! I’m immensely satisfied in multiple times I’ve been helped and my car has been serviced! Jason is especially friendly and courteous, he even walked me to my car! Thank you kindly and God bless!

Longer wait than normal today in the service center. Usually they're pretty good. I've been talking my eight year old F-150 there since I purchased it there and it still runs like new! I recommend them for sales and service.
