San Tan Heights Community Center, San Tan Valley AZ

This place is amazing and immaculate to say the least. There is a pool, gym, meeting rooms you can rent, showers in the restrooms, a library and the most welcoming, friendly, helpful, kind staff!

They should be more careful in the community, the street behind federal way most of them have messy gardens and that makes the community look dirty, they are very inaccessible in some aspects and not in others. For what the association charges, which is way too much, it should seem perfect.and those photos are just some of them

The only downside is the amount of times the pool has to be closed due to "accidents". But, luckily they are being addressed.

The pools is great. The kids really enjoy spending their summer days there. The community center communicates well through emails.

I just went there for a meeting but the staff didn't know how to get the projector working so I didn't get to see anything. Disappointing.

In my business I have to deal with HOA's constantly. I can honestly say that this place is a pleasure to go to and deal with. Bailey is working wonders bringing activities back to the community after covid ruined things.

We live here and sadly see the crime going up. I wish more residents got involved and made the community great. The how is great.

We love going there are only concern is that their water is freezing cold we're going there today and fingers crossed the pool is not freaking cold
