San Vicente Townhomes, Phoenix AZ

This was such a better place to live two years ago. Our new neighbors have made this place a nightmare to live and they still are here even though they have trespassed several times. Unfortunately, everybody has cameras, but they don’t do much. We have had stuff stolen and broken and don’t even go to the pool anymore because it’s not as nice as before. I am counting down the days until we can move.

I submitted my application, paid the admin fees and was waiting to hear back. Only to be told that the amount of the rent was going to be increased. I requested for a refund and was told it would take 2 weeks to get a check in the mail. I came back to the website and I see the same apt I applied for was back online advertised for the original amount. Terrible experience! Thanks San Vicente!
