Angel did an amazing job. I truly appreciate him coming out so fast and fixing all the issues around my apartment as well as doing it was a great smile and willing to wear a mask. Thank you again for all you do.

I have lived here for almost a year. It's the perfect place for a student and I love it. Management and maintenance are polite and very responsive. Angel just finished fixing something in my apartment and went the extra mile to help me out by repairing something I hadn't even noticed!

I lived in a Mark Taylor 3 years ago, and now we're back. These apartments are biblical.

The “security” gate is always open & when it’s not, it malfunctions so the residents can’t get in (but trust me, it’s not “secure” … I’ve seen a line of cars waiting to get in right behind an open gate - awesome “security” (not) you have to pay for things you don’t use or need to use, ie, trash service & “fetch package service” (what a joke) … overrated trust me. I’m sure your $2k for an 840 SF apt (yep you heard that right) could be better spent another apt.

San Villante is a wonderful place to live as a student. Maintenance requests are promptly answered and Justin and Leo are really friendly and helpful.
Whenever you need them, Justin goes above and beyond and Leo is great. And the people in the front office are all friendly and take care of you.

Love the apartment complex, but I do not like how the clubhouse is closed so early. It does not allow people that work or go to school make proper use of all the facilities we have available.

Put in a maintenance request and Jaime came in the very next day. Our air conditioning was dripping water and he was very responsive and solved the problem quickly. He also changed the lights and unclogged a sink. Overall, very pleased with maintenance and their respond rate.

I have lived in San Villante for little over a year now! My memories here have all been good! I have enjoyed the interaction with the residents here and my encounters have all been kind and respectful. I love the feel of walking around San Villante! I feel like I am at a luxury resort! My most favorite part of living here, is knowing that if anything goes wrong within my apartment, the maintenance crew will get word and my problem will be resolved shortly! I love the feel and sense of security that I feel while walking my dog even very late at night My most favorite part of living here has been getting to know Jaime, of the maintenance team! Most often, Jaime has been the person to show up to take care of my maintenance need. Whether running into Jaime while walking my dog or having the great experience of opening my door to seeing his amazing smile, when coming to take care of a repair…. I feel extremely blessed to have gotten to know him. I want to congratulate Jaime on his new job with Mark Taylor, out in Scottsdale! Jaime is a hard working man with a great work ethic. I am extremely happy that Jaime got this new position with Mark Taylor, but I am selfishly sad that we the residents of San Villante, will miss him greatly …. Especially Jaime’s amazing and uplifting smile! Wishing you all the best Jaime!

San Villantes maintenance team is the best. Leo, Jaime and Justin are always prompt, professional and kind.

Apartments and amenities are very well taken care of and any issues are promptly addressed. I've made had 3 fixes in 1.5 years. Jaime on the maintenance team has always been quick to diagnose, address, and fix the issues

After putting down a deposit and paying application fees, the unit price was increased. I decided not to move, but they kept all of the deposit. They did not advise of a 2 week refund period when I was encouraged to pay a hold deposit.

We just moved in about 2 and half weeks ago and LOVE it so far. The Amenities are amazing, the maintenance techs are phenomenal! They are quick and so nice! The residents are friendly and we’ve made friends! We love how spacious it is here and how much it’s taken care of here.

I’ve lived here for 5 months now and myself and my Family have no regrets! We absolutely LOVE it here! It’s extremely dog friendly which I love. There’s many grass areas and poop disposal everywhere… like if you see poop on the ground is not because there’s not enough stations it’s because people are just lazy as heck at that point. The grounds are absolutely kept beautifully here. The flowers everywhere you walk. I work the third shift, so I walk my fur baby after midnight and I feel safe doing it. It’s very well lit. The pool, the gym, kids playground just great. My favorite is they have a community app where you can post if you’re selling anything. Management post about anything we need to be aware of. They have a food truck every Thursday. If anyone has a volleyball tournament we can join they’ll post it. Shoot I even had my upstairs neighbor and my next door neighbor introduced themselves with food. Just love it here. Jaime has taken care of any maintenance I’ve needed. He’s always professional, friendly and walks me through everything he’s doing. I mean… what are you waiting for? Call the office and move in! Lol

Awesome location, great amenities, beautiful complex, maintenance staff is always timely and quick to fix any issues.leasing/front office staff is fantastic and incredibly helpful (thanks for all the help and wonderful customer service JoAnne H.). Pretty great place to live for sure!

They have exceeded my expectations. Management care for the well being of their clients, the complex is very clean, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I am satisfied with my experience at San Villante
