We went to get a part and it took about 25 mins for them to bring it up from the back which was alittle long, but the employees were nice and helpful. They said if we hadn't called in first it would have been quicker. So don't call first if you are in a hurry.

I hate to waste my time so I call ahead to place a part on will call so when I get there walk in pay for part and walk out I get there and I have to order the part and wait for 25 minutes NOT VERY GOOD SERVICE
I had good service with them, as soon as I arrived; I have got called and served, then after a little wait, I have got called to the cashier, and got my part. Thanks for the quick service.

Was like 10 different people behind the desk and they were all either on the phone or socializing. There were three of us in line and they had no interest in helping any of us. The audacity I must have had to go somewhere in person and expect to receive any help.
Drove there from Gilbert. Went through some bad neighborhoods. Felt like I was in New York. The workers in retail parts must of had lots of computer work that day. I was the only one there and I waited 15 minutes. The good thing is they usually stock parts other dealers don't
As a owner of 5 ford vehicles, I will never buy another. Parts dept. Can't expect customer to pay for their mistakes and continue to buy any ford products.
I have a small busines and Honestly I love the place because I can find all parts for my 4 ford vehicles and I will keep buying there. But today. I was waiting and I was the only one in the line for the oil change whit filter and the left intermittent light bulb for my Ford Transit Connect which I didn’t buy because was 39$, for a bulb.
Worked with Justin to get some parts for my new truck. Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!
Entire Parts Dept staff is rude Don't call, they'll give you incorrect information
