I am still very disappointed in Lincoln the brand, but Sanderson has stepped up and made it right on my end, so if Lincoln doesn't support Sanderson that is not right and frustrating but Francisco in the service department went to bat for me both with Sanderson and Lincoln and is no longer making this my issue which is what a luxury dealership and brand are all about.

Very disappointed by a supposed Luxury Brand and their dealers. I have given extensive feedback directly to the dealership, but I hope that maybe my poor experience will help them make smarter decisions moving forward.

Quick version is Sanderson Lincoln took a couple months to finally have a time when I could bring my car in and have a loaner vehicle ready. Then I finally am able to get an appointment, the kicker my warranty expired 2 days before they finally took the car. The gave me a token credit after fighting with them on it. If I was the cause of delay I would understand, but the delay was on Lincoln and Sanderson. Hell I bet they knew the entire time when my warranty expired. A luxury brand should be treating their customers like gold if you want a repeat customer. You don't buy a Lincoln based on the lowest price but I was certainly treated that way. Doubt I buy another Lincoln as they are just an expensive Ford if they aren't going to stand behind their cars.

I would be happy to further discuss directly with Lincoln or Sanderson if you would like to discuss.

Just purchased a CPO vehicle from Sanderson Lincoln on Bell Rd and the experience was wonderful. From the time we walked in and met Mitchell a sales advisor the process was effortless. He toughly explained all the features of the car to wear we fully understood it all. Next we meet with Florian who walked us thru the warranty and gave us a fair price on our trade in. John in Finance explained the terms and conditions of the purchase. The whole process couldn't have be any better. I recommend you see these guys for your next car. Thank you all.

We made an appointment with Charles for maintenance on Wednesday. He greeted us as soon as we pulled in. My car was washed and ready as promised. Charles was very professional and he is definitely an asset to Sanderson

Could not ask for better service. The car was detailed when it was returned. However it did take a while to be serviced, but they gave us a great loaner car so it did not matter. They are so great to deal with. We will definitely purchase our next car through them. They work so well with their customers. We have worked with other dealers, but none as great as Sanderson Lincoln!

Our car buying experience was amazing from the minute we walked into the dealership. Our time & interests respected, there was zero pressure and no game play. After leaving we were able to reach Carlton throughout the week with questions & for additional clarification. He followed up on time, every time. When I arrived to take delivery, the paperwork was ready, my new Navigator was clean and waiting for me on the showroom floor.
