Just bought a 2021 Kia Sorento and not only is the car amazing but the whole experiance with Sands Kia was amazing! RJ was our sales person and he was great as well as the managers! Everything went really smoothly and was a quick process! We are very happy with our experiance and will be back in the future!

I have visited other dealers and purchased a few cars.and this was by far the smoothest, most informative experience. Great service, great communication and I highly recommend our salesperson, Beau Frasher. I was impressed with his knowledge, sales skills and patience. Best dealership I've ever worked with and when I need a new car, I will check here first. I came in expecting the same runaround, but was pleasantly surprised. Beau and the team, including Herb were excellent. They didn't want me to leave without a sale of course, but they actually came through and helped me get what I needed without pushing the upsell. They made a dreadful process worth my while and I truly appreciate that.

I wanted to see if we could make a deal on a trade I had for a 2021 telluride. It was third party trade so yeah a little different but it was legit. They had quotes all over the place starting at 890 then 650 then 750 serious this is crazy. I was able to do a the trade at a competitor you know the Rodeo guys and guess what they got it under 650 for a 2021 telluride now tell me why it was so hard for your sales team to get this sale? I will never go back there and you should avoid this place like the plague.

WOW! Above and beyond. So in March 2021, I purchased a vehicle here from salesman Scott C.at SandsKia. A 2017 Toyota Scion iA. After taking it home, my wife and I had great difficulty with wanting to keep the vehicle as we discovered the vehicle was made by Mazda not made in Japan, or the USA, or Canada, and with a Jatco transmission all of which I do not personally prefer. I soon contacted Scott and updated him with my thoughts and concerns. Scott inquired if I might be interested in a different vehicle that they have in stock. I came in and inquired of a used Rav4. Scott offered the vehicle at a greatly reduced price. After discussing it with my wife, and seeing that I would still be paying more than I planned, but getting a vehicle that had very good quality reviews, good stats on reliability and longevity, and verified it was a Toyota made in Canada, my wife and I decided to take the offer. So I told Scott we will take the Rav4 with the greatly reduced price he offered. Shortly after that, manager Isaiah came to me and informed me that this was not good business on their part with the car we had purchased, and to please wait as he will make things right. Now this is after I had already agreed to purchase the Rav4 at the reduced price. Scott and Isiah came back with even a better offer in my favor. I ended up leaving the Scion iA/Mazda2 at SandsKia, and driving home the Rav4. Scott was very polite and patient with all that was going on. Isiah was also very polite and professional, and I DID leave SandsKia a very happy customer. Scott even asked if I am leaving happy? I said yes I am. I read on another review that SandsKia responded to a customer saying that a purchase at their dealership should be fun. I must say, this was not exactly fun, but I am VERY pleased with how they treated me, and resolved this issue, and I am already telling my neighbors and friends about this. Again, WOW! Above and beyond. And there is the proof. Thank you Scott! Thank you Isiah! And thank you too Mr. Sands!

Great service and support. They bend over backwards to assist you with maintenance, etc. You don't leave here feeling ripped off like most car dealers.

We recently purchased a Sorento. James, our salesman was a pleasure to work with. He knew all about the vehicles. There was no pressure to purchase on the day we first looked from James or anyone else on the team. Our experience on the day we bought the vehicle was also a great one. We will definitely be back.

The people at this dealership were very professional and helpful. I didn't feel like I was just any other customer. RJ was an amazing sales guy and made the whole process smooth. I walked away feeling amazing about my decision. I am happy not only because I got a great deal but because I was happy to give RJ and Sands Kia my business. I've been to multiple dealership where I walk because I didn't want to give them my business but Sands Kia isn't one of them.

The salesman Adrian knows his inventory and product. We are very impressed with knowledge and his direct perspective. Adrian didn't try and give a bunch of run around.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. This is my second purchase within 5 months here and they are amazing! Chris R, Brett, and Herb are amazing! Easy, no pressure and always so nice and willing to help with anything. The service department, Erik, is also very helpful and so nice. You will not regret going to Sands Kia!

If you hate the whole car buying experience like I do, I know how you can change your mind. Today Isaiah the internet sales manager promised me it would be the best car buying experience we ever had. He was not lying! We got the deal we wanted, he actually made negotiating fun and I would highly recommend Isaiah Jaime and Christopher Robinson if you want to enjoy the car buying process. Tyler was extremely helpful in servicing my car, none of them used any underhanded techniques to upsell me on things i don’t need. Be sure to make an appointment because the process will go way quicker.

Worst dealership ever. Their finance team wrote my loan wrong and asked me to lie and commit fraud. When I refused they said they would rewrite the contract and to come in and sign. I went down to sign it they stated they’re not doing the deal and they want the car back when I asked how was I to get home they said I should call a friend or walk. I live 25 miles away. Steve is so unprofessional and rude. Skip Sands all together unless your willing to commit felony fraud.
