This is the only Hyundai location around the south valley area that can service my full electric. They get the job done, but are usually very busy and understaffed and I often feel rushed out the door because of it. It is a nice place and feels very clean, which I appreciate!

Very busy location! Utilized a car for home health and was able to keep the same car from month to month, which made my work life easier. However, the last month I had the vehicle I was overcharged ($1,000 more than the previous months). Even though the company credit card paid for it, I still had to fight to get the price reduced like it was the previous months. Took a few weeks, but I finally got it.

Great people. Everyone was really helpful from the car rental that's available all the way to the service department. They are attentive to your needs and tell you everything that needs to be done and what can wait. They work on all vehicles, not just Fords. In addition, you earn money towards future work. For your convenience they have a mini restaurant. They always go above and beyond. Especially Mike the service manager and Yvonne the rental lady.

We stopped at a few dealerships, surprisingly we were not swarmed by the sales bees finding a new hive. I asked a few questions at each of my stops. Did not find what I was looking for. 1 came close, but it had an extra set of wheels.

My sons went in to buy a vehicle and there were two salesman who stereotyped my sons and talking amongst themselves saying they can't afford the car so they did not help them. Another sales women approached my sons and asked how are they going to afford the car? Asking someone how are they going to afford the car is very unethical and unprofessional. I would not do business again with this dealership the only reason why we bought a vehicle from here is because it was the vehicle my son wanted and was paid in cash. Now he has a issue with the vehicle he made an appoint with this dealership and they cancelled to the appointment twice. There was no sense of urgency or concern with their customers but yet still want the business and for us to comeback. They will not get our business in buying another vehicle, that was ruined with the three salespersons. This would not get any stars but I have to click at least one. Seems like we are not the only ones this was told too so obviously they did not take care of the issue (employees).
