SanTan Nails & Spa, Gilbert AZ

I have been coming here since I moved to Gilbert in April, spending over $100 each visit. I have been a very loyal customer. I came in today to get my acrylics removed and they tried charging me $35, for popping my nails off with an acrylic nail. Not only did it hurt, but no product was used. When I questioned them about the price, they said it was for the “manicure” and the hand massage with lotion. I had no polish put on and told the woman I didn’t want lotion on my hands. She lowered my payment to $25 when I reminded her that I didn’t do the lotion. It’s insane that they consider a drop of lotion as $10 worth, when I can go to the drugstore and get an entire bottle for half the amount. Don’t come here unless you want to be scammed and pay $35 for a $10 service.

I love the nail techs at San Tan Nails &Spa. They provide an excellent pedicure that lasts. My legs and feet loved being pampered by them.

I’ve been going to the nail shop for over 7 years. They are nice and friendly. The shop is clean as well. Renee is my nail tech and Kim does my pedicures. I highly recommend this nail shop.

I love this place! It is beautiful and clean and professional. Michael does my nails and he is fantastic! He's worth the hour drive I make!

David did an amazing massage and went the extra mile by fixing my toenails that kept splitting.
Tracy always does an excellent and precise job when she does a lip and eyebrow wax.

I will never go here and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from here. Me and my mother in law and daughter had are nails done on July 29th first they lady could not do what my mom wanted second one of the girls put nail polish on my son without asking me if it was ok third how in the world did it come to 177 for to fills and kid nail way over priced and the last thing the owner chased my mom down because she did not tip the girl that could not do her nails the way she wanted the done. A tip is something you give to someone if you fill that someone deserves it is not a requirement if you don't want to tip somebody you don't have to so please stay away not need to be in business anymore and I will be going to the bbb and report them

The ladies were absolutely wonderful! Extremely nice! My pedicure was amazing! The beautiful lady who did my nails was fantastic! I highly recommend! Great place. Fantastic atmosphere as well.

I had a great experience with Tracy doing my nails as always. I have known Tracy and her husband David for about 19 years and she and her husband has done a wonderful job with my nails and pedicures. As well as her husband has done details on my nails in the past.they have been absolutely amazing nail techs and I truly love her work best.

I went to clean up my nails and I did not get nail polish or anything special and they charged me $25. The girl doing it rushed through, filed them after I asked her not to and left them looking atrocious. Not to mention she cut me numerous of time and my cuticle areas now have cuts on them and were bleeding when I walked out. I included a pic of two of them she cut. The girl doing my toes did an okay job but I left I looked at them and they were clumpy and rushed as well. I have been here a few times and normally they are better but they seemed busier so everyone rushed everything making it a very poor experience. It makes their service seem like we are less important and they would rather move on to someone else so they feel they can do a mediocre job. As you can see in the picture the nail polish is not paced well and the top coat was half thrown on all my toes. I understand them being busy but I should still get decent service for how much they charge. Not to mention I asked for something simple and they could not even do that correctly.

Nice people probably inferior products. Took myself and 2 others for a salon day. My gel was peeling a week later. Other girls gel completely fell off by the end of the week. Very disappointing as we were going on vacay.

Kimberly gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She knows her profession; perfectly dealt with my ingrown toenails! Thank You!

This is by far the best place around S Gilbert. I have lived on this side of town for 10yrs. Was at multiple shops thru the years and this place welcome me with kindness and the one tech even fixed a nail that broke from another shop (other shop was so rude about fixing it that I walked out) came to this shop and i will be coming back for a very very long time. Thank you so much to this shop for being welcoming and quality service! Also the shop is so so cute, made the nail experience that much better.

Sisters pedicures! We were greeted at the door, and quickly taken to our reserved chairs. Ivy and Celine were incredible! Ivy took time, I didn’t feel rushed! Very detail oriented! This place was a little further from me, but I have found my new favorite place!

I don’t usually get my nails done at salons because I don’t like to tell the person doing my nails that I want my nails shorter or shaped differently. But this place definitely has professionals and they
know what they are doing. I didn’t even have to show a reference picture and I got exactly what I wanted. The person doing my nails, Mimi she made sure I liked the shape, length and the color of my nails. The place itself is beautiful and I enjoyed my experience here! I will be going back in the future!

As a mom of an infant and toddler, it’s hard for me to find time to get my nails done but I was running errands and came across this salon. It was 30 min before closing yet they said they could get me in for a gel pedicure. Everyone was nice even though I felt terrible about sliding in so late. And my nail technician was amazing. She took her time with me, stayed even when everyone else was cleaning and leaving. The staff that rang me up also were friendly and made sure I was happy with the service. I loved my experience at this nail salon and look forward to coming back!

Beautiful salon. Jenny is simply the best for all services. You will always be served on time and with a smile. Also, very clean. You pay a premium but well worth it!

Not only have I been to San Tan Nails and Spa, but my mother, both my daughters and my daughter in law also go there. We all see Jenny. Jenny is amazing, not only does she do an incredible job but she is fast too. I’m horrible at picking out my own color and she has never steered me wrong with her suggestions. I have acrylic with gel polish and they look very natural with the length she keeps that at for me. We also have her do our pedicures and they last for weeks, Thx Jenny!
