I ordered several solar panels from SanTan and from the beginning of the order to the delivery and the support after the sale was very helpful and professional. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Rusty was the link that sealed this customer. I have ordered items before and this was the best. To top things off, it appears they are going to be a dealer for EG4 products. I will be a buyer when they get the racking batteries in stock. The 6000XP inverter is a game changer with all of its built in accessories.

Ordered Online, a couple days later the panels I ordered went on sale. Austin B. Was a fantastic help, and issued a refund for the difference! Regardless of the panel quality when they arrive, customer service deserves 5 stars.

I phoned in my order for two, 400w M Solar Panels. The price was amazing AND locked in as I wasn’t going to pick them up until 14 days later. The customer service on the phone was excellent. Upon my arrival, everything went smoothly and efficiently. The fork lift driver was very friendly, and he and another employee carefully loaded the panels into my truck bed. Thank you, San Tan Solar, for an amazing experience! I can’t wait until my new panels are installed! Oh, and they come with a 25 year manufacturer warranty, too! AWESOMENESS!

We have purchased three pallets of solar panels from them, great service every time. Great products.

Pallet was received in quick time. Bottom one broken however it was the focklift. Panels look Ned and work ok.

We drove from Tampa to the Savanah store and picked up 15 used Trina 280-watt panels. All like new, no scratches or damage. The panels were carefully wrapped in cardboard and banded tightly. Our scheduled pickup was ready on arrival. Great people to work with! All panels tested at 90% VOC. It was a bogo on panels, so I am extremely happy with the sale prices and savings. I purchased a complete system for my future off grid home that my family and I are in process of building here in SE Arizona.
Austin was Awesome! He listened to what I said during our initial and subsequent conversations (unlike a couple of other well known companies I got quotes from)! When I went to pick my system up, Austin again listened to my questions, Dave also helped me understand what I was getting ready to put together! I have a great experience with my recent purchase. I spoke woth a salesperson names Ethan. He was very professional when I had questions about prices, he didn't hesitate to help me answer them questions. In the process of my order he also helped teach me something about the website. I am very excited about my recent purchase.

For our first interactions with the folks at SanTan Solar, we have been pleasantly surprised! These days it is hard to find good competent service. We traveled from 3 hours away and were delayed by an accident on the freeway and showed up around 25 minutes before closing. Our sales rep Ethan was friendly and helpful, answering our questions and even following through the following day with some requested info on their new mini-split equipment. We purchased a smaller off-grid package that evening and Hunter, Ramses and Rusty along with Ethan stayed a bit after hours to help us get it loaded onto our packed truck! Thank you guys, you give SanTan Solar a better reputation with each effort you make to go above and beyond. To top it off, all our used Solar panels so far have tested out to produce close to the claimed voltage on the original labels. I own a small General Contracting business and definitely plan to refer business and continue to do business whenever possible.

I bought an inverter online from SanTan Solar and their staff quickly filled the order and it was on the way the next day. A few days later (over the weekend) I realized that I had ordered the wrong inverter. I called and talked to Ethan and explained that I had made an error. As agreed, I refused the delivery of the order (it was due to arrive that day) and it was returned to SanTan Solar. On it's return arrival, Ethan contacted me and we made arrangements to ship the correct inverter. Ethan and Rusty were great to work with and gave me an even better deal on the correct inverter! I highly recommend SanTan Solar, they have the products and they have the staff.
