Very sad place! The manager Rachel sits around talking about other residents business! Very unprofessional and down right filthy place. Drugs, drugs and more drugs! Also.no way to reach the corporate office to speak to anyone about unresolved issues, there are many.

I lived her when I was smaller but I still like this trailer court

Residents are leaving the park and the residents that have remained seem to be being held responsible for making up the loss of revenue lost when the others left.

Nice place, just don't like the way people speed through the park, there are children living there, someone is going to hit a child if they don't slow down.

I've never lived here, but it seems like a nice place.
