I just started seeing Sarah after having a not so great experience with another NP as my PCP. What a change! Sarah is a great listener, is down to earth, and genuine with her answers. She’ll cut right to the chase, give you her opinion, and even recommend a second opinion of another expert if it’s necessary for your continued health journey. She is supportive in your own health advocacy and I think that it so rare these days. She really makes me feel like a human being, not just a number in the health care system. Sam, at her front desk, is super awesome too. Very welcoming, patient, and caring duo. Thank you for helping me in my continued Heathcare journey. I appreciate you both!

I called this place 6 times trying to make an appointment and they never answered their phone. They did call me back, which wasn’t a good time necessarily for me and I didn’t have my insurance card on me. She said I would have to call back. I asked if she would pick up the phone if I did that and she said no. Then she proceeded to tell me I wasn’t a good fit for their office. I would not recommend this place based on their poor customer service.
