Sassi Nails Chandler

I faithfully get my nails done every 2-3 weeks, so after relocating back to Arizona from North Carolina, I was so excited to try Sassi Nails after reading the reviews…I wish I hadn’t. Literally left in tears. So disappointed in the lack of quality, service, and respect for a customer. Went in for a manicure and they didn’t even have the decency to DRY my nails, but had no problem “helping” reach in to my purse to get my wallet and debit card after I told the lady cashing me out that my polish had smeared. She then had the nerve to tell me “be careful, they’re still wet”. No kidding…you couldn’t even take the time to put them under a nail dryer or in front of a fan or anything, but helped your way in to my wallet so that you could receive payment. Definitely will NOT be back. There are way too many nail salons around the area to ever go back. Absolutely appalled someone would actually do this.

I dropped by as a walk-in, and I was promptly greeted by the friendly staff. I got a mani/pedi, and it was worth every penny.

It was my daughter’s first time getting a manicure. She’s only 2 years old and the staff was wonderful with her. She had a great time.

I have been coming here for months to get my nails done. They are amazing over here. The friendliness and welcoming environment is unmatched. Everything is always so put together and fresh. I cannot recommend Mia enough! She is a gem! Her art when it comes to nails is just phenomenal. Everything comes out to perfection. Also, every nail artists here has such awesome talent, I always leave feeling inspired. Definitely put this place as your to go. As always, thank you guys for everything!

Mia was excellent! Had appointment to get French pink and white shellac. Mia was running 15 minutes behind but they called me right as I was parking in their lot to let me know. When they called to let me know they were ready for me it was nice to let me know but I didn't feel very relaxed as I knew Mia was rushing to catch up. She did a very nice job in 45 minutes. The place was pretty clean and prices average.

Fantastic nail salon. I got a pedicure as a walk in while waiting for my vehicle to get serviced next door and they were great! I'll definitely be back!

Full set gel nails and polish. Also had eyebrows done. I was with the same person and she was amazing! Everyone was very kind and all my questions were answered. Salon was very clean and very comfortable. Service prices were printed on a little sign at the station

Beautiful service and friendly staff. I have lived in Phoenix for almost a year and I wish that I found them sooner. One of the cleanest facilities that I’ve seen in the greater Phoenix area.

I just recently moved to Arizona and my birthday is early next month so I went in to get my nails done. I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very kind and accommodating to what I needed, and wanted. My nail tech Mia was very gentle and made sure I loved the design before going on. I definitely suggest going there to get your nails done!

The nicest employees, so helpful with finding designs. Took their time, didn’t rush at all. So happy with my first time there, will definitely be my new spot!

Loved the pedicure! Clean salon. Everyone was very nice. They even played Hapy Birthday after I walked in. Very nice touch.

Great experience! My dip nails came out exactly like I asked. I’ve been trying to grow out my real nails and they took the time to remove the old dip gently and saved my length. Service was quick and friendly. I would suggest calling ahead for an appointment just in case.

Had to greet her first and ask her what her name was so I could know who was servicing me. Today's experience was sooooo different, thanks to Mia! I can't wait go back.
