Horrible management! They did not do a strand test for dye and used it incorrectly causing a dog to having multiple seizures. Do not go here!

Do not take your babies here. Last week I saw how the new owner was blaming a worker for something she as the owner told her to do. I saw how the worker was worried about a dog not breathing and the owner was not even worried.

Neglecting to read simple instructions which almost killed someones pet and refuse to make it right. Staff and owner are uneducated and obviously cold hearted.

They switched to a new dye and did not strand test it on my friend’s dog and now she has had a very bad reaction to the dye, seizures, chemical burns. Please be careful

HORRIBLE NEW MANAGEMENT! Used new color dye (that does NOT say it is safe for small dogs) and sent to dog to the ER with seizures, and has taken ZERO responsibility. Please be aware and do NOT come here. I wish it could be 0 stars.

New management is unprofessional and negligent, please do not trust these people with your pets, they are more concerned with making money than providing quality service.

My cat was an angel getting his nails trim. Let’s see how his bath goes next week. Great customer service

They scheduled us an appointment at 8am on a Saturday. We showed up 10 mins before, waited until 10 mins after, but they weren't there. Once we got home at 9, they called and apologized and offered a discount if we came back. We gave them another chance and are glad we did. Our dog, Sedona, has never been softer, and the poor kitty's lion cut was well done.

After a bad experience elsewhere I brought my maltipoo in for a grooming and they did a great job! I got such a good vibe from the ladies from the moment I walked in the door and they treated my fur baby like their own. I will definitely be back for all future needs.

This is the second time this has happened my fur baby is there for hours not touched. This time they said they gave him a bath and charge me $30, but he was there for a a cut, groomed, teeth, toe nails. The whole works. Maybe it’s a good thing because the last time they groomed my dog absolutely awful job, but charged me 100 bucks after tip. I would not recommend this place. What a waisted day waiting for absolutely nothing. My dog weighs 5 pounds them charging me $30 for a bath it’s highway robbery.

From out of town and was worried about having a new groomer for my Bichons. Excellent job!

I've used sassy paws many of times and she does an amazing job on my dogs nails and also my families big 150 pound German Shepard that's the biggest baby in the world! She knows what she's doing even with the worst tempered dogs they still get treated impeccably!
