Amazing place, has the best meat and sausages in town, think european deli here in tucson complete with atmospher and european service. Come here every day for my meats. All sandwiches are amazing too!

A Gem! Great butcher shop.but a bit off my beaten path.
But it is always worth the trip!

This time I got their smoked ham hocks (does all the smoking himself!). For my Dad's infamous ham & bean soup! They smoke all of their own meats.the wide variety of homemade brats & sausages are amazing. And I often ask the Owner to slice off a couple of the smoked pork chops for us.

They also offer a huge array of creative sandwiches.the Blue Ox is my favorite!
Very busy right at the lunch hour.as serious tradesmen & the guys from UA order their favorite & sit right outside at the shaded tables & chairs.

Love that it's like an old-school butcher. Little pricey but you're paying for the nostalgia. The service however is atrocious. The woman at the counter refuses to take debt for $5 no idea what you have to spend. But when it is 109 outside and you are trying to purchase a drink because she refuses to fill your own cup or give a cup for water I thought was illegal. This particular employee will keep me and anybody I know from coming and shopping here for anything ever

If I lived close enough to eat here all the time, I would. Best deal on a sandwich since like 2018. There's so much meat! I got the Spanky, my partner got the Ralph, and we each got a drink. We spent less than $20 and both have half of our sandwiches left (and we can eat). This place has two more lifelong customers in us.

I have never been here before and it's sad to say that. It was fantastic all the way around.
A great wall of sandwhiches hot and cold to choose from with quality in house meats.
If you have not tried it I highly suggest you do. But I think it's just take out only. A small old school sandwhich shop so no room for seating. But it was a great family atmosphere. Support this local business for sure!

The philly cheese steak meat was not what I expected it was just slices of meat. Our food was cold, and my cheese was not melted, had to warm it myself. (See meat in picture)

Not sure if they were having a good day, but we seemed to be rushed. They didn't seem to be happy.

The only good thing I can say about the place is that they have a variety of meat and it's very clean inside.
The Jerry sticks were excellent.

Excellent butcher and sandwich shop! So many sandwiches to choose from, hot or cold. My daughter got the Uncle Eddie's BBQ brisket sandwich and has been begging me to go back ever since! Delicious at a great price, very hard to beat! Thank you Sausage Shop, we'll be seeing you again!

Personable efficient staff; amazing huge selection of sandwiches; homemade jerky; numerous cold cuts; wide variety of butcher-prepared meats. They BMS (Broke My Scale) - I'd give them 6+ stars out of 5. I noticed many regulars, of which I'll be one from now on. NB: They kindly ask that cell phones be turned off / left outside.

Old school deli and meat market! Smells amazing when you walk in. Sandwiches that you can get blanket the wall. Come try a sandwich or come get some sausage, either one you will not be disappointed!

My fiancé took me here to get a sandwich and oh my goodness was it a mouth water experience. Right when you walk in you’re hit with an amazing smell from all of the deli. The service is super friendly and speedy! I really enjoyed coming here and can’t wait for the next time.

Old fashioned butcher shop with excellent meat cut to order. We love ribeyes and we order them 1.25 inches thick. They are excellent! The thick cut bacon is second to none.

A treasure. Best sandwiches in Arizona. They have great quality meats for home cooking too, but their sandwiches are just incredible (if you like meat). The main drawback is that their seating is outside (shaded), and the smoker makes their shop smell like smoked meat so strong it might trigger an asthma attack.
