Thrift Store Savers reviews
26I donated a bunch of stuff today with a big entertainment center and 3 workers came right out and helped us unload the truck in 5 minutes. They were fast.effcient and friendly. Thank you so much.
It was bad had to buy a bag to carry out what you already bought and then wanted my phone # what for? I paid with a credit card, what the hell. I'll not go back. Then there was people laing all over the a side walk so you had to go around them to get to your car.
Store looks dirty and everything is overpriced. There was this girl at register she was rude. She wouldn't speak to us when we asked her a question or even try to help us in anyway. We were trying to ask her to help us out on trying to connect this house decoration that had a light. To the outlet. To see if it worked. So we can purchased it. But she told us no. When they done it before. There was hardly customers in the store or in line. So she can't say she was to busy. Any way so i say it's fine. Thanks anyway. Cus she wouldn't even use please and thank you. Trust me she was rude. She was a big native girl. The only reason am saying wat she looks like. Is cus i didn't get her name cus she wouldn't tell me it. She knew i was gonna complaint to manager. Well to end this manager got there and she was twice as rude as her. I mean big time rude! Manager was also a big native lady. Cus also i didn't get her name. Am just describing them as wat they are and look like. Cus she didnt even wanna tell me her name. So y'all know who em i talking about. If y'all go to saver's. So i left the store put my stuff in my car. And head back inside savers.i grave the house decoration. And go to some other register. It was some Hispanic girl. I asked her the same thing and with out a problem she said yes i can help you. And she took me with her and plugged the house decoration that had a light inside of it. Into the outlet And. It work just fine. I was happy that she actually helped me. And was super nice and kind. She use please and thank you as well. Not like the manger and the other girl. Oh my god they were highly rude. I been to savers many times a lots of times. And never seen anything like this. Or was treated like the way i was treated today. The manager didn't even wanna talk to me or see me. She just walked away. She shouldn't be a manger if she can't do her job or treat people with respect. Then she don't need to be there. Same with the the big girl on register. Every time i go to savers i spent money. 200. To 300. Even tho the stuff can be over priced i find stuff that i like. It's the reason i keep on going back. The girl didn't even asked us for our phone number like they supposed to. Her and the manger don't need to be there if they can't do there job or treat people with respect. We are the customer's spending good money. May be i should go to good will next time. Let's hope their nicer over there. Spent the same amount of money like i did here at savers. Today i spent $160.00 for them to be rude to us customers.
Did not enforce the Mandatory Mask Law, myself along with my wife and others left because of it. I even asked two employees to enforce the LAW and they didn't do a thing. Peoples lives are at stake.
Store is less crowded and fairly clean, but the prices have gone up and the colors that are on sale are difficult to find.
This is on any given day more like Good Will and Good Will more like Savers that will depend on what is donated or who set prices that day.
It is head and head with good will and many prefer Savers. I like good will. Each has their favorites for various reasons. Each has strong points and others strong points as well. I personally find them very equal. Both similar good for competition and veriety both make a good. Point to make the case as being better.you go decide and make up your own mind.its a close race to the end. I am undecided but like both.enjoy your experience shopping and compare carefully.i like to compare shop cause it's all good.have fun.
They have higher prices lately & even have the gall to charge for a bag if you want one. I'll take my stuff somewhere else.
Typical Savers. They were busy and the store looked like it. I miss not having clocks in stores.
I visit Savers on a regular basis. Items are sorted and easy to find. Quality used items, and friendly service
Dirty store, nasty changing rooms, not much of a selection in some depts, staff ok. Would not return as so many other second hand stores around that are. Clean and helpful.
Although I had to leave my backpack up front, everyone was very nice. Johnny was cool. I was looking for a silver cross, none there. Nice visit though.
Good prices with frequent sales for used items. Often messy from kids playing with the toys and scattering them.
I'll never shop here again. Employee was very rude to me. Approached me trying to start a fight. Wow I just needed a belt 4 eyes.
Better than I thought for the area.got my girl some great things and it's was 50 percent off everything except electronics and new things.
Why am I hearing Spanish spoken over the intercom? This is more like a boutique than a thrift store. They have used t-shirts at 9 or $10, way overpriced!
It is by far the dirtiest thriftstore store I've ever been in and I've come to this place probably 10 times and every time it's filthy. This time the dressing rooms were so dirty they smelled like urine and you could barely get in them with the amount of clothes that were just thrown about in them. If you have time go to the savers on 35th Avenue and Bell much better place
I love this place if I could I'd be there every day I find so many deals and save alot of money on name brand items.
Usually find fair deal on items depends what u are looking for. Checking out Always a 7 - 10 min. WAIT if not longer.
Found great clothes & employees are great. No shoes in my size though. That was the only bummer.
