Very honest business. They have always tracked down the source of the problem and fixed it without charging for things I don't need.

I'd LOVE to give Schiller 5 stars, but I have a gripe.

I have the maintenance agreement for my house and my parent's house. With this there's a fall and spring checkup, along with some discounts on emergency repairs. However, the book-keeping of keeping those maintenance agreements renewed, semi-annual service checkups, etc.consistently falls through the cracks. Case in point, my mom's AC stopped this last weekend. So she called, and their tech came out promptly and fixed it. However, her maintenance agreement had lapsed!? She'd had her spring checkup, but in the shuffle it wasn't renewed. This annoys me. I would have paid the bill if they had just sent me the renewal notice, but they didn't, and I didn't think to ask for it.

Also, if I don't initiate the semi-annual checkups, they don't initiate them with me. It would seem to me that a company would want their customers to renew their maintenance agreements, but they push all the burden of that onto the customer.

Honestly this lack of follow up makes me hesitant to use them for my upcoming AC replacement jobs (both houses A/Cs are 20+ years old).

Appreciate the level of customer service I receive wiring with Schillers. Never Disappointed!

Long time customer of Schiller here. AC made a horrible sound and wouldn't start after what turned out to be a power grid fluctuation. Even though late in the afternoon, Marissa had Brandon come over and he did a diagnostic to see what was wrong and it turned out to only need a breaker reset which apparently others in the neighborhood experienced as well. My father is elderly and bedridden so if was a relief to be up and running again. Brandon, the technician, is super nice, polite, thoroughly knowledgeable and just a pleasure to have around. These are the pro's you want fixing and maintaining your AC system. I recommend them to everyone.

This is my second time interacting with Schiller.
Both times have been very very positive.
My AC was working intermittently yesterday and they were able to come out today and fix it.

I will be using them again for all of my AC needs

Our air conditioning unit stopped working. We were lucky enough to get an appointment the next day. Tony assessed our air conditioner and was able to get it working again! He was very kind, professional, and caring! Thank you Tony!

They came hot within an hour around noon at a temperature of over 110, and fixed the problem within another hour. They are the best!

This is a great company I would recommend anyone to use them they have been amazing from the start to finish of my ac installation.

My air went out on a 115' day after 5pm and i called got the answering service and was called back within 15 minutes by the owner Robert he squeezed me in for the next morning to get it up and running. Awesome service, I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Called when business opened at 8AM on a day predicted to be 114 degrees. Tech Tony arrived before noon and had the unit cooling the house within an hour. Freon was low due to a tiny leak we will address after summer. Only $99 for the service call; the remainder was for the freon. Competitive pricing, great service and competent, pleasant techs: I always use Schiller for my HVAC service needs.

This is the 2nd time we’ve used Schiller to fix my parents AC. Both times they’ve been very responsive which is awesome with AZ 105+ degree heat. Their pricing is very fair and transparent. Brandon was very friendly and professional. Definitely a great company all around.
