Sandwich Shop Schlotzsky's reviews
19Just left this location in Tucson Arizona on Valencia road at 349 All the doors are locked lights are off bunch of kids inside playing around made a phone call to the store itself said the manager got COVID in that they weren't going to be opening saw an employees walking in and out of the door and I'm leaving employee lets two friends in and refuses to give me any more information on why they're closed other than the manager got COVID and doesn't explain why they can't be open. Very disappointed sign out says is open everyday 9: 00 a.m. To 9: 00 p.m. Thought y'all would do better
Walked into the place today around 3pm and three employees were arguing amongst themselves at the counter. They didn't offer to take an order (because they were too busy arguing with each other) and I walked out. Totally unacceptable.
The Customer Service and Food have always been on point no matter when I've been there. That's where I bring people new to Tucson from the airport or when I'm in the area for a business meeting/lunch.
Always closed, stopped there at 6pm on a Saturday. Big sign out front says, "Now open 9am-9pm". Closed with workers inside pointing at me and laughing as I try to open the door. Tried drive thru.no one there. No wonder no one is ever here because its closed all the time.
Ordered the Original Deluxe Giant and it had literally 3 slices of meat. Pathetic Deluxe, looked nothing like the picture. False advertising? Perhaps or bad service? Hmmm won't be a returning customer.
Best sandwichs on the planet in my opinion, fresh made bread everyday and very unique. I always stop by when I'm in the area, always!
First time ordering used app, ordered the buy one get one pizza app was a little confusing but got it done food was great
Good food kind service, the young adults that work here were kind and helpful to the guests.
My sweetie and I shared a late lunch at Schlotzsky’s, My Sweetie ordered a pizza & I ordered the Chicken salad and of course a cinnamon bun.
Our food was delicious, very tasty, I would return and make it a regular place, if I lived in the state.
The restaurant was clean bathroom clean.
I really hate leaving a bad review. I get lunch from here at least twice a week and over the past couple of months the service has been extremely bad. For the 3rd time now I have ordered a salad and instead of getting chicken breast it comes with turkey deli meat. And the salad today came with no tomatoes and no crotons as well. I understand the difficulties of getting supplies but if you are out then let the customer know up front so they can decide for themselves if they want to order something else.
I grew up on Schlotzsky's in Texas so when I have the chance to go to the South side of Tucson and get Schlotzsky's I do.unfortunately the sandwiches weren't quite as good as I remember. I do plan on returning another time to give them another chance.
Schlotzsky’s on Valencia is inconsistent in hours of service. They tend to close their lobby very early or simply not open it. For an established business this is not good. Don’t count on this place being open when you show up.
It’s 7: 43pm and it says that the drive thru is OPEN, the drive up menu is lit up as if it’s open, and the light is on inside the store. Why is no one answering the phone or attending to customers if the light says the store is open? Please advise.
Everytime I have come the dinning room is closed. Rudy the manager is very Rude. I ordered Cinnabon and they were old and nasty. Something needs to change. It has gone down hill.
Definitely good food. You get your money's worth. But i wish they didn't close the lobby so early. Everyone i go on break. Barley after 6pm they are already doors locked.
For the Cinnabon specifically- Apple Maps said the Cinnabon drive thru is open starting at 7am. When I showed up at 715AM this morning the neon sign that said "drive thru open" was turned on but no one answered through the intercom, drive thru window, and the main doors were locked. It looked like a handful of rolls had been made (could have been leftovers from the night before).
Please update your hours and remember to turn off your signs when you are not open.
Ordered through door dash. They sent me someone else's order that had obviously been sitting, about $10 worth of food, when I had paid $30. Called to complain, and couldn't get a manager on the phone- the barely literate team member basically told me to take a refund and pound sand. Won't be back. Ever. Not like they care.
Ok the food was good thats why I went. The cost is reasonable. My biggest complaint is service and sanitation. We stood out front for several minutes before somebody came out to take our order. While I was eating my meal a young lady was cleaning tables wiping them down. She dropped her rag on the floor after one table causually picked it up off the Floor then proceeded to wip down the next table. OMG this is disgusting to watch. I wish I could have finished my meal. I wish I had never witnessed this deplorable behavior. But that is not in the cards for me. I am now forever afraid to visit this place again.
Great hot sandwiches and such. Clean and comfortable inside. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Locations all over Arizona.
Food is great.but.the service (at the drive thru) needs refining. They forget the napkins forks ext. They forget the little things. By the time you open your brown bag. Your on your way. & It's to late.
