Schlotzkys is and always has been some of the best food in town. The new look inside the restaurant is nice and relaxing. Amazing food

Our food was ok. Not a fan of the pizza, but that's personal taste. The soup wasn't hot and had to send it back. It was very cold in the dining room.: (

I was encouraged to give Schlotzky's another shot by Ms. Adriana DoPadre who also happened to be my server when I finally took her up on her suggestion. Not only was she the most professional, courteous employee but the food was excellent. Good food, great staff.

I first went to one of these restaurants in the 80s. I havent been to I e since then! So today was a real treat! As good as I remember! The staff was also very friendly and helpful

This is my 3rd visit and it was good as we've never had a bad experience here. Food was fresh. Drinks lacked though.

Mini hot dog rolls were soggy, pretzels were okay but not worth writing home about. Overall mediocre experience

Staff is friendly and efficient. Food is good with varied selection. Store is clean. Soda bar is clean and well stocked.

First time customers. Customer service was excellent. I did the you pick 2 (turkey bacon club on sourdough and magrettia pizza) and it was delicious. They have an outdoor seating area. Definitely will be coming back to try out more of the menu items.

Not what is was a few years ago. Sandwiches are mediocre, macaroni is better out of a box and extremely overpriced. It would be beneficial for Schlotzsky's to sell it as a side without contamination of meat.

The manager/owner was very nice and helpful. Food was yummy and came out fast. This was our first time at a schlotskys, it's kind of like a panera or newks. I wish I had known about this place sooner

Food is usually consistent and very delicious. Sometimes the sodas are flat, but service is always good.

My parents are in from out of town and needed a place to eat that was healthy.the customer service was amazing and the food was delicious. I'll be a return customer even after my parents leave.

Food is excellent as always. Staff is kind, helpful and always smiling! A welcome change here in SV!

This place has gone drastically down hill. The last two times I went through the drive through, no forks, no spoons, 2 napkins, if we're lucky.
When I asked the drive through attendant point blank if there were forks, spoons and napkins, she said yes. Got home and sat down to eat.no forks, no spoons, 2 napkins for 2 people.
We ordered French Onion Soup. When we opened it, no cheese, no bread. That would make it NOT French Onion Soup. It's just onion soup.
To top it off, there was a hair in my salad! Gross!

They gave me a turkey avocado sandwich without the avocado. It was nice to get a free sandwich, but when I asked for it to go they did not include a pickle slice.

Average sandwich shop. Bread to meat ratio is on the bread side. Service has been what you would expect from a fast food establishment.
