Scottsdale Nails reviews
6 Scheduled a 6 appointment and they closed at 7. Naomi who did my pedicure had a very bad attitude and rushing to go home before 7. If you need go home, tell your boss not to take the 6 appointment and let someone else make the money.
Only gave 2 stars for Brenda who has the great attitude.
Came here for a gel manicure while I was visiting out of town and unfortunately was given below average service. My manicure was sloppy and not at all what I’m used to getting. Plus it was very expensive for the low quality of work. Only giving 2 stars because the receptionist was very kind and helpful
Underwhelming. Paid and extra $10 for callus removal and left with cracks and dry skin. The massage was less than mediocre. Pedi bowls are sat in an odd circle so don't go here with someone you actually want to talk to. They only let you tip in cash or direct you to an ATM. Get with technology if you want a tip although im not sure one was deserved. Won’t be going back.
OMG do NOT waste your money. Horrible quality. Each nail is different length, Tracy put gel over my cuticles and cured it, gel polish has a different thickness on each nail.
Wouldn’t even attempt to go here. I just called to ask a couple questions and the lady that answered was soooo rude and un inviting. She kept on changing the charge of what dips were as well. And when I said ok thank you she just hung up! I don’t ever do reviews but after reading some of these awful reviews I read after my experience I thought I’d add another. Experiences start with the front desk and the first phone call. What an awful first impression!
** WORST EXPERIENCE ** I went to this salon this morning to get my acrylic nails removed. I cannot believe the way she took them off and how she left my nails looking! Used a plastic nail “tip” to rip them off my fingers. Then she barely used the grinder to even attempt to smooth them out. Didn’t soak them in anything to gently remove them. There was nothing gentle about her technique. The way she did it caused pain to my fingers. Now I’m left with this haggard looking nails! I could have done this damage to my own nails myself for free…instead I paid $15 for a “professional” to do it!
