I’m really impressed by the policemen today after I was stuck in the middle of a crossing at 96th and Via Linda. As a new residence here from Minnesota, I didn’t know what to do for my car which couldn’t turn at all. The policemen came to help me out with moving my car to a safe place, driving me to my son’s school to pick him up and requested a tow truck to tow my car to the body shop for free, which is so helpful to me under student visa without working permission. I was worrying what my son would worry about if I couldn’t show up at his school in the following hours since I dialed so many numbers but just got to leave a voice message for dealership or towing company. My son and I felt spoiled by the city of Scottsdale while no one else could show up to help us. He told me he was so happy today because he got picked up by a policeman and also got to sit in a tow truck for the first time in his life, which made him so proud. What a special birthday for him!
