Scottsdale Ranch Park & Tennis Center reviews
18Great courts and hanging out in between playing. Lots of room and good parking! Great for practice and team matches. Bathrooms too, a for sure plus!
Love the volleyball courts at this park! Some of the best sand to play in. The park is overall really nice.
Lots of tennis courts here! You can easily reserve it and rent ball machines too. Highly recommend!
Great place for tennis. Freindly staff will help you schedule court times. A clean and safe facility in a good neighborhood.
Our son plays Ping USA here. Probably some of the best fields we’ve played on (wouldn’t hurt to mow the infield a little closer). Great playground for other kids. Movie in the park was AWESOME (we don’t talk about Bruno no no no!) Great, super safe, family friendly spot.
The courts are super nice. The facility is nice and clean. There are a lot of water fountain. The staff is nice
Yes the fields, courts and other Amenities are top notch. That being for kids <10. Lame.
Having 9 yr old twins has made me an Amateur Playground/park aficionado.
Just Gotta say the playground sets are far from cheap but this design, features and layout is a Just fail for the age group. Purple octopus spider is basically a bridge to no where - challengingly to climb the nets and center is missing so cant even cross the bridge. Not mad just shocked at the lack of
Execution.the younger kids set was poorly maintained and a lot of other kids that basically rendered the minimum space pointless.
Sand volleyball, baseball fields and tennis courts round out this semi public park. One of the "gem" parks in northeast Scottsdale.
Went to play volleyball with The Fray league and it seems like a lovely place. Water fountains, a “shower” to wash off sand, and plenty of courts to play.
A beautiful large park with many different types of trees. Great for birding. Dogs get to run when controlled by owner. Lots of fun. Baseball is the big sport here. Tennis, basketball, handball, pickle ball, volleyball with well maintained sand courts. A wonderful modern children's play area.
Very nice playground for kids. Age range is probably from infant (nice walking path for strollers) to maybe ten year olds.
With two separate areas, one with swings and one more climbing/sliding. Easy access for adult supervision.
Some picnic tables with shade and a good bathroom make this clean park comfortable.
Water bottle refill station. Good parking area as well.
There is a tennis club adjacent plus volleyball courts with good sand.
Easy to get to off Via Linda. Recommended!
Very nice space, lots of recreational amenities like the sand volleyball courts (maybe 8), tennis courts, pool, children play area, bbq grilling/picnic tables and space to run around and roam. There were bike paths and lots of trees to find shade under. Lovely!
I went to play volleyball and had a blast. The sand was well kept the courts were well kept, the bathroom was even clean. The watering system worked to wash down the courts to keep this dust away. It's just a good Park.
We had our baby shower here at one of the larger ramadas. The reservation was easy to make and the staff at the tennis center made it very easy for me to add on a beer permit the day of and they gave me a football from lost and found which was great for my nephews to play with. Trash cans were empty for us to use. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the grills could use a little attention and unfortunately there were a lot of bees (which has zero reflection on the staff). Everything else was great.
Great new courts from the past year or so and good pricing for the ball machine. I usually go at 4pm or earlier for an 1.5 hours and today a young gal at the front desk where you pay charged me for evening pricing (after 5pm during seasonal months). She said because it went over to 5: 30pm she had to charge me for an evening reservation. I said my reverations isn't after 5 it's at 4pm. She said your session goes until 5: 30 so technically it's past 5. I looked a her like she was a little mental and continued to quickly run my card. So players are aware is SHOULD BE $11/hr or $13/1.5 hours for reservations before 5pm. A little annoyed at the bait and switch from this gal with the nose ring but just wanted to pass this along to tennis players booking the ball machine so they aren't in a bad mood before they even start playing. I increased the delivery speed of the machine, got a great workout, and now sure I'll be back lol. Staff is usually friend and honest just not today.
This park is a hidden gem. From Mountain View Rd, it appears to just be sand volleyball courts and tennis courts, yet when you park it has beautiful walking paths, trees and a kids park too.
Nice park and very busy. It was nice seeing so many families that are taking advantage of a beautiful day and a nice area for children and families.
