Was not sure what to expect, what with Covid and everything. There were a few clients there ahead of me, and a couple of employees. They made an effort to social distance, but I was the only one in the whole place that had a mask on. I guess I was expecting that.

Easy delivery, easy docking, fast unloading. Truckers please check in to get a dock door so you don't have to change docks. They are very polite and professional.

They have a very knowledgeable staff and a lot of inventory. A must go place for pool technicians to resupply and stock parts. They are not open to the public, only incorporated businesses and contractors so get lost homeowners. They have free ice which is very useful in the summer because the sun hates us pool guys.

Excellent service. I'm new to the industry and they always take time to explain repairs or equip.ent to me. Plus they're funny guys.

Always enjoy going in this branch. Good crew, clearly well managed! Helpful and knowledgeable is an understatement.

All the guys in the Splash Pool Network, love SCP Gilbert! Just enough snark to make us feel like family, but professional enough to get us the right product right on time.
