I've had the worst experience with this company. Yes, they do have a nice selection, but 18 days after placing my order, I have yet to receive it. I reached out to them stating that I know that the USPS is beyond their control, but maybe they could push from their end. They did refund my shipping and said they would contact the USPS, but they didn't. How do I know? Because I did, and I'm the only record of having created a case for the tracking number. Their attitude is that they've shipped it; i's no longer their problem. Other companies have bent over backwards to make things right when less has occurred, but this company doesn't appear to care very much.

These folks have the best customer service. Pressed submit and forgot to add and item? Or noticed the quantity needs correcting? Just call. They will find it. Damaged in Shipment? They will make it right.

You can hear their smile on the phone. Get shipped detail asap. Notified immediately when something is back in stock.

Been doing business with them for years and they have NEVER let me know. Great group of folks to work it.

Wonderful selection of great quality products. My orders always arrive quickly. This store is definitely a "go to" for crafting.

The orders are fulfilled so quick. I love that I live a couple of miles from them and the person at the reception desk is always so nice and cheery.

I order from here all the time and select for local pickup. For whatever reason, they have now gotten very rude about pickups and during the Christmas season, they returned all my items and charged me a restocking fee of 10%. You’d think they’d be a little more charitable during the Holidays, especially with those of us who have shopped here for years. They’ve just sent me another final notice even though I have orders from two days ago. Customer service is definitely lacking here. It’s a real shame - I really loved this store.

Easy ordering online and easy pick-up. I had a question before pick-up that was quickly answered. When I picked up, the front desk was very friendly! If you are in the area, I would recommend the ordering online and local pick-up!

Love this place, I used to order when I lived in Utah. Now that I’m local I really love that it in my area. The customer service is the best! The folks at the pick up desk are super friendly and welcoming. Would love to have a frequent buyer program, I would definitely qualify!
