Screens Plus, Tucson AZ

Took phone in for replacement of a broken screen. The phone is not extremely popular so the screen had to be ordered. Phone was ready for pickup a short while after was delivered by FedEx. Phone works great. Like it never even happened.

Ordered a screen for Samsung S10+ on Aug 18th and was told he would have it in a week. I called him weekly for 3 weeks and he kept saying it was out for delivery. Called 2 weeks ago and he said he would refund the total amount. Called today, almost a month after ordering and he says it was deposited 2 days ago, but my bank hasn't rec'd it. He said he would call me in an hour to confirm his conversation with the pos Cube. I don't trust Chris at this point or anything he has to say. He never calls me back.

Horrible experience. Would not return calls. Had to go into shop to find out status. Lied to me many time about promises to call me. Finally gave up after 3 weeks and got my phone fixed in one hour at another shop. Avoid this place. Very shady.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about phones and computers helped me out to make best choice thank you.

He’s really fast and good prices and overall good services been coming to him with if any of my friends or family’s phone break and he did great on fixing the screens thank you screenplus

Hey this place is great. I went there with a badly screen on my phone. Thought it was too cracked to save but they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I since have been telling anyone who needs their screen repaired. Forget the big stores this place has my business hands down!

It will take you longer to wash your car than it took me to get my screen replaced.

WHERE DO I START? MY PHONE HAD a software malfunction and he did everything possible to restore and recover my data from a phone device that wouldn't even turn on, at first I was about to give up and call it quits, but he called me and he says we have some good news and I immediately knew that he was able to recover everything and get my phone to function I can't thank him enough he saved 10 years and 20,000 photos that another shop couldn't, if you guys ever find yourself in a tricky situation or just need a screen repair this is your go-to guy I guarantee you he will not disappoint you I can't thank him enough he is truly spectacular

The owner is professional and kind, I had an issue with my charging port, it came out to be just dirt build up. The issue was resolved within seconds and the service was free. Will definitely come back for any other issues, this is the place to go in Tucson!

I recently had a problem with my Samsung cell phone (it was inoperable), late in the day on a Saturday. I found Chris and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away.
