The worst company I have ever dealt with. Through my home warranty, they were tasked with fixing my heat pump. They spent 5 min.diagnosing the wrong issue, lied to the warranty company and have never returned my or the warranty’s company’s call. They don't answer calls or emails, nor do they respond to emails or call back. They are the worst service company I’ve ever dealt with. It appears they been doing this for some time now.

We had to pay for an additional service call to get a good company, Cool Blew, to come out just to find out there were leaks and defective controller boards.

The office staff is impossible to understand and the tech was the most incompetent person I have met when it comes to AC. I hate to sound petty but I will make it my goal to get them off my warranty company approved vendor list.

Our AC unit stopped working and this company was called out by my home buyers insurance to try to fix the issue. We had been without AC for 3 days by the time they came out. I cried to the woman scheduler on the phone to please help us. When the technician came to house, he looked at the unit for a while and told me he could not help us. He said he "could not work with our type of unit", and just left without any further explanation. He just walked away. We have the most basic AC unit you can have. There's nothing special about it. Anyone who knows anything about AC units can fix it. So, I was left in my home that was 92 degrees inside with my children with no help and no direction on what to do. This company did not give a single care about our situation, I was shocked at the treatment we received. I absolutely DO NOT recommend them, there at many other awesome companies in the area that actually CARE. I recommend Merlins, they came out and got our AC running quickly and were very compassionate.

I called my home warranty yesterday 10/10 because my unit was making a strange noise. Turns out the motor was out as well as the fan. The tech was only able to swap the motor. He stayed on top of the problem and was able to get the fan switched today 10/11. This is the best service I’ve had. Quick, polite and efficient. Thank you Tausif!

Ahsan with Sea Breeze came out to service our AC system through our home warranty. It was having an issue with not shutting off/cycling once it reached the set temperature, this in turn was causing our electric bill to spike heavily. We called and they were able to come out next day in less than 24 hours. We immediately noticed that Ahsan was very kind, and professional. He diagnosed multiple possible causes, and ultimately determined the Auto switch on our Thermostat was faulty. He replaced this with a new warrantied unit, and it is now functioning as it should. It shuts off at the desired temp and comes back on when it spikes again. He also dusted off the vent for our air intake, popped in 2 new filters I had just purchased and topped off the freon for the compressor. All in all the issue was resolved, and he resolved it quickly and professionally.he also gave us some great advice in getting a portable air purifier to put near the intake vent, as we have a newborn girl, as well as multiple very hairy animals.he explained it will greatly reduce airborne particles and hair from them and help protect our baby.this is something we never really thought of, but we appreciated the suggestion and will be looking into purchasing one shortly, as we of course want the best air possible for our little girl! We would absolutely recommend Sea Breeze Cooling, specifically Ahsan to anyone having HVAC issues!

I don’t understand how they have 4 stars, worst service. I live in Phoenix az. My ac was not working, guy came out to look at my ac and left saying everything was in working condition. OKAYYYY? Then why was my house hot? He said it’s cause it was hot outside, no cold air was coming out, he didn’t know what he was doing and even recommended I asked my house warranty for another vendor. Like excuse me? ! Ridiculous. Did nothing and left.

They diagnosed the wrong issue, lied to the warranty company and have has since August 8th to fix it. They don't answer calls or emails, nor do they respond to emails or call back. They are hot garbage and a scam, granted home warranties a a scam also. If I could give 0 stars I would. It was 128 degrees in my house. The office staff is impossible to understand and the tech was the most incompetent person I have met when it comes to AC. I hate to sound petty but my lawyer is getting involved.

THE WORST EVER NO COMMUNICATION CALLED 17X IN ONE DAY TO FINALLY SPEAK TO THEM AS THEY NEVER RETURNED OUT CALLS THEY WERE UNDER A HMW SO WE COULDNT SWITCH THEN THEY DECIDED THEY CANT FIX IT AND NEVER CALLED THE HMW TO RELEASE TEH WORK ORDER ITS FRIDAY TENANTS WILL BE W/O AIR AND OLD REPUBLIC WONT RELASE US TO ANOTHER COMPANY ALL AROUND BOTH THE WORST. I USE TO PROMOTE OLD REPUBLIC NEVER AGIAN THSI IS TEH 5TH BAD EXP THIS YR WITH THEM

My AC went out, they were onsite the next day with the parts to repair it and my AC was up and running again ASAP. I couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. I give them 5 stars and would definitely call them again.

Wish I could leave a negative star review. Warranty company sent them out. Diagnosed attic fan without getting into the attic or looking at the ground unit outside. Wanted $280 cleaning fee to clean the blades on the attic fan, again without looking at it. These people are crooks avoid them at all costs! Look at the yelp reviews and BBB before you consider them.

Sea Breeze Cooling is an absolute dumpster fire of a company, a cesspool of lies and deceit that would put even the most shameless con artists to shame. If their blatant and repeated fabrications were an art form, they'd be Picasso – and I mean that in the most sarcastic way possible.

Oh, but wait, it gets better. Their attempt to pull a fast one on the manufacturer of a broken part is a level of audacity that's almost impressive. If only they put that much effort into actually fixing things instead of scheming.

Customer service? Well, if you consider ignoring phone calls and hanging up on customers a viable strategy, then they're setting new industry standards. It's like they train their staff to be as rude and dismissive as humanly possible.

And don't even get me started on their time management skills – if they were any more inconsistent with their timeframe estimates, they'd be in the business of time travel. They seem to have a sick sense of enjoyment in watching customers squirm while they dangle hope just out of reach.

Of course, they wouldn't be the complete package without their blatant attempts to gouge you for every last penny. Charging for services you don't need is their way of showing you just how much they value your hard-earned money.

But here's the grand finale: their colossal incompetence left my family sweltering in the heat for a whole month during the most brutal heatwave our state has ever seen. So, if you're seeking a way to torture yourself and drain your bank account simultaneously, Sea Breeze Cooling is the perfect choice.

Never fixed our AC after coming out multiple times. Had to have another AC company come out and fix it. Bad service all around

Sea Breeze Cooling was assigned by my home warranty. They were very quick to schedule an appointment. Farhan arrived during the time slot provided and was very professional and got my AC working again!

Great experience and so relieved they came to repair right on time. Would recommend the company and Hamza anytime.

Called Sunday left a message immediate call back Monday @ 7am. Technician showed up on time at 11am found the problem promptly. Would recommend this AC service company. Lisa
