Sedona Ace Hardware

Had to pick up some horse feed, a bit pricey ($38 for Special Care) but hey it's Sedona, just glad they had it.

Ace is the place which has the best selection of items for my projects. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable.

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man.

Except for the guy in electrical / plumbing. He likes to wield his superior knowledge of hardware to a position of dominance.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everything you need from a hardware store in a small, easy to navigate building. If you need assistance, you don't generally have to ask. They are very proactive and ask if you need help finding something. Why go to a huge warehouse store?

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist. The store is well stocked. All hardware stores should be like this

Wow. I could have spent the entire day here. It’s packed with all sorts of useful and necessary stuff. They even sell art supplies!
Was looking for bar oil and a flag holder. They had both with plenty of options to choose from.
I saw Yeti mugs, giant salt lick’s for horses, at least a dozen different types of bird seed and an entire wall dedicated to our furry friends!
They sell spray paint and custom paint and plumbing supplies. Duh. They had at least half a dozen ladders and a fairly large garden center as well.
They had more than enough staff who were all kind and smart and very, very attentive.
Clearly this is a great place to work and the staff are happy and helpful.
Checkout was quick and easy with no waiting on a Saturday afternoon.
The parking lot is small-ish but that’s just how Sedona is. Considering the amount of available land for commercial property I give this particular Ace Hardware five stars without a moment’s hesitation.
Honestly, I’m looking for a reason to return since there was sooo much cool stuff.

This store carry a good variety of products, from outdoor gadgets to pet foods, hardwares, electronics, and many more. The sales associates and manager are all very smart, attentive, and friendly. They can help me quickly find the things I wanted. Great shopping experience. Highly recommend!

Ace is the Place, small store packed with most of what anyone would needs An abundance of helpers who really want to help you out. I go there as a Regular stop.

Wish I could give a million stars! I went in to replace the box floor fan that I broke. Which btw belonged to my boss. And at least 3 employees, starting at the front counter, went completely out of their way to assist me!
I had absolutely no idea service like this still existed. It sure doesn't at the Ace by my house in the Village. Thanks so much! This was on 6/26 around 10am. Just amazing

I live in the Village of Oak Creek. While there is an ACE hardware store within 1 mile I have had much better customer service at the ACE hardware on 89A. They are always friendly and willing to help.
Perhaps a representative from the Village of Oak Creek ACE should mirror the employees at the Sedona ACE hardware to observe.
Until then it is worth the drive to Sedona ACE to receive consistent quality service.

For such a little hardware store they really pack in a big selection of essential stuff. The staff is super helpful as well.

I live in the Village and super grateful that we have a hardware store here. They have most of the little things I need and the staff is very friendly and helpful with advice when I am doing home projects and need a little direction.

Been in Sedona 19 years and can always depend on our local Ace hardware for just about everything to maintain your home. Including patio, garden, paint, window screens, pet supplies even various types of hay. Always great service and a very friendly staff!

First review I've ever written. The old man in plumbing is always extremely rude & the opposite of helpful. I've been going to this store for 40 years back when it was coast to coast. For the most part everyone in there is helpful but because of this plumbing "expert" I have taken all of my business elsewhere. It's impossible that he's not treated others in this manner. Maybe if they fire him I'll return. They should. If he's been arrogant & awful to you, please say something.

Really great manager! I hit an elk coming into Sedona and he was nice enough to let me keep my truck there in the parking lot until a tow truck could come on Monday. Thanks for all the help.

I love this place. They are so accommodating and willing to work with you. If you need it, they probably have it. So very helpful. Thank you for your assistance to help me with projects that my Mom has waiting for me when I come out to see her.

This place has everything just asked someone because it's the best utilized space I have ever seen! They help me fix and paint stuff often
