Great selection with prices for everyone! Crystals, stones, crystal sun catchers, etc. Love that all of the crystals and stones come with info cards explaining the metaphysical significance. No other metaphysical items like tarot cards. Able to sign up for 10% off online site if you provide your email.

One lady did not seem completely impressed when I asked if the sunset quartz was heated or natural but wanted to confirm. I personally feel an energy difference when stones and crystals are dyed and heated as opposed to just raw or polished. Shortly after that she saged the store and the energy was reset allowing for it to be a good experience overall.

Prices got way higher than previous years. The service was just as warm and friendly as always. I like this shop over other ones in the area. The quality and selection here is unmatched in the area.

Got the inside scoop on this store from a local who used to work here and gave it as her own recommendation when I asked for the best, most reasonable place for stones and crystals in Sedona. This place did not disappoint. The staff’s knowledgeability with regard to every piece they have in stock is so helpful when you’re feeling overwhelmed and need a bit of guidance. The employees are all strong empaths and can offer their own personal experiences which can really help when picking the right pieces for you. If you have come with a shopping list then even better. They will guide you directly to what you need. Each piece I bought was accompanied by a card with the stone’s description and intent. I will make this my go to shop either online or in person.

I realize buying jewelry and crystals in Sedona I’m paying a tourist tax. However every trip I come back to this place and happily pay for jewelry. Every piece has been reasonably priced and beautiful. Staff is always friendly and not rude to my kid (unfortunately something I’ve ran to too many times in Sedona). Highly recommend.

AMAZING - Highly Recommend! While in Sedona I wanted to get an Aura Reading. I walked all around and went into different shops and just felt like in so many I was treated like a tourist, THEN I went into Sedona Crystal Vortex!
What a welcoming and fascinating shop to be in. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything, the staff was super informative and friendly. My aura reading was done in a private area of the shop and the gentleman sat with me answering all of my endless questions. I loved that the.pdf was emailed to me on the spot for me to have.

This place! Beautiful pieces, fair prices and the team was knowledgeable and very patient with my 9 and 10 year old. Our kids found exactly what they wanted. A must go if you're here.

Upon entering I was greeted pleasantly, but shortly after that I overheard two of the employees alerting each other to the “two Mexicans in the corner”, who they suspected of stealing. Allowing me to hear this conversation was unprofessional right off the bat, but because I did hear it, I too began to watch them and saw no suspicious behavior at all, which made me feel kind of like they were profiling the only brown people in the shop. That was kind of unsavory in my opinion but I continued to browse the selection and pick out a couple of small things, at which point every single employee approached me multiple times each asking me if I wanted a basket, which I repeatedly stated I did not as I knew I was only buying a few small items (because their prices were astronomically above market value) and then one of the employees clung on to me and fallowed me everywhere asking me question after question at which point it dawned on me, oh, ok, they weren’t profiling the Mexicans they just treat every single person who walks in like a potential thief.
As a shop owner myself, I understand and appreciate loss prevention as I have to employ those tactics as well, but these people crossed a line. No one wants someone hovering over them asking endless questions while they’re trying to shop, not even honest customers with money to spend. It was especially disheartening to learn they essentially knew little to nothing about the crystals, I felt like I was hosting a free course in gemology to all of these young, under educated employees who also didn’t realize many of their high end crystals were dyed (and sold as natural, that’s a big no no). I remained friendly even though I was a bit annoyed because I went their to shop not to give my entire life story to random people who were treating me like a common thief and not a serious collector (which I am.) maybe the whole experience was just soured by the initial witnessing of them profiling the people of color, perhaps if I hadn’t seen that I’d feel differently about the unusual amount of attention they were giving me, but unfortunately that’s just my experience as a whole.

Bad customer service. I was waiting in line to purchase an item and the 2 employees working did not even glance at me. Instead, both of the employees were more occupied with talking casually with a group of girls. I left the store after receiving no service for 5 minutes. And the store is proud to say they are voted as the “best gift store” in Sedona…clearly best in the bad customer service category.

I went for a day drive with my mom and daughter, no real plans in mind and was basically drawn in. The parking was easy, ample and inviting with pretty impressive wall murals. We all had an aura reading which was a great first time experience for each of us. Kristen was naturally intuitive and although gentle with the messages, she was clear and precise.the shop is very open, organized, bright and clean without any invasive incense burning so I can see how it feels different from some of the other shops that offer similar services. Peggy P here. Had my aura photo today at the crystal vortex store. Had a store employee who told me it was her first time doing an aura photo. She was not aware of the process or what she shared with me. While I understand everyone needs to start somewhere-it was a complete waste of time and money. There are plenty of places that do aura photos in Sedona. Find another location. Just say No! To an aura reading in this store!

Greg did the most absolutely incredible reading. I came in almost not taking it seriously, but when he read the cards it was my exact situation n I could feel goosebumps come up as he was talking. My mind is still blown from that session and it helped me immensely on the future decisions I will make

The medium that calls her self concetta, confetti whatever is a complete fraud. She asks for your full name and birthdate, to look you up online. Any gifted medium needs no information, give them none.

Great selection of raw crystals and jewelry. The staff are very well educated in what they do!
I give them four stars as I have bought many pendants from here, but when a chain broke on my girlfriend's pendant, they offered me no discount on buying a replacement.
