I had the most life changing massage here. I highly recommend Zach! Until now, I have never had a massage that completely released emotional and physical tension in my body. I swear, 20 mins after my massage, I caught myself on the verge of crying from feeling overwhelmed with feelings of pure gratitude and relief.

Very nice people. I needed to use the red lights on short notice due to an injury. They were really kind to get me into the schedule and adapt the configuration of the lighting in the optimal way to help me heal the injury. Felt a lot better later in the day and meaningfully better the next day. Red light is the best! And these people were really great. Highly recommended

Recently booked the entire spa out on a girls trip to Arizona to celebrate my golden birthday and Saturn return. The idea was “healing retreat” with a personal touch and WOW this place could not have been more perfect. Athyna was amazing at communicating with me throughout the process and getting us all settled in with some of the most decadent snacks. She could not have been more perfect in the way she divided our groups for services, definitely all intuitively aligned. Melina provided some of the most powerfully important energy healing with breath work that I have ever experienced and Gigi gave us a beautiful sound bath in the top salt cave. She even made contact with one of our members great grandmother (we just didn’t know the name until we left and I guess thats how you know it real!). Ron, Toni, and Crystal lent their entire being to our body work during their tailored massages and healed us all in more ways than they know. And finally, the red light therapy room was a great time for us to share our experiences while feeling treated. I highly recommend this spa for all of your healing, growth, and maintenance needs but it really outshines for a group experience. Having the whole spa felt special and personal, I could feel each person’s authentic presence and compassion throughout our time there. All this for the price was an extraordinary deal. I will be back on a solo trip some day but until then, go ahead book! Go experience it for yourself

My husband and I reserved the salt room for a couples massage with Crystal bowl sound healing. It was truly a remarkable experience. Gigi was very informative about the process and the benefits of salt minerals and the sound healing. She is so talented! Ron and Crystal were our massage therapists. We had fantastic massages! I’m so glad we live in Flagstaff and can go visit often!

I get frequent massages in my home state and this was by far one of the best massages I have ever had! Great ambiance. Relaxing. Massage therapist did what I asked and was able to find the tight spots immediately! Well done!

Wow, what a great experience. My wife and I got a sound bath with Gigi in the salt cave room. She is an artist with her bowls! We’ve had many sound baths and have been in a few salt caves and this was an incredible experience!

This was so much more than a massage, this felt like an experience! My daughter and I had massages in the salt room with crystal bowl sound bath and it was amazing! I have done meditation with crystal bowls before but to have them playing while getting one of the best massages I’ve ever received immersed in the healing salt room felt euphoric. I highly recommend this experience, you won’t regret it!
