Sedona Views Bed and Breakfast

Such an amazing little spot to take a vacation! Close enough to Sedona for dining/shopping, but just outside so not a lot of traffic noise. The hosts were very accommodating, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious! We will definitely be back!

We spent our 28th anniversary here. The accommodation was great. We were fortunate to have a beautiful view of Sedona red rocks. The rooms were clean and a decent size. The location is close enough to be in uptown in about 10 minutes. The bed was comfy, and the room was turned out every day. That meant fresh towels when needed and the bed made when we would return from a day out and about. The breakfast was fantastic, and Ann was there first thing in the morning with a smile. The one thing that my wife and I were extremely excited about was the private beach. We spent most of our time sitting on the beach and swimming in the cool river on what was one of Sedona's hottest days. I have already recommended Sedona Views to friends who have never visited Sedona. We would stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The view from our room was breathtaking and the property itself is gorgeous and well maintained. Our room was spotless and the housekeepers did an excellent job refreshing it each day. The staff is so kind and prepared a delicious breakfast each morning, and will put together a “to-go” bag for you if you’d rather have a picnic/eat during a hike. If you’re searching for a place in Sedona - look no further. We look forward to staying here again!

Stayed here with my girlfriend for our anniversary. The experience was amazing. The hosts were flexible with check-in and very communicative via text. The room was very comfortable and private with a great view of the canyons and private hot tub. The best part was the access to a nearby creek which was absolutely beautiful next to the canyon wall. Will stay here again!

Romantic and secluded location (a little hard to see small road at night-needs better signage). Private jacuzzi and balcony with beautiful views and relaxing atmosphere. Great homemade breakfasts at 8: 30am sharp. Private sister property on the river (across the street) is amazing. Staff is welcoming and friendly and full of information. Great little on-site property hike (15 minutes) for sunset.

WOW! Sedona Views bed & breakfast has completely blown us away. We just finished our 3 night stay in the Morning Glory room and already booked our future visit.
To find a place as nurturing and beautiful as this is rare. From the second we pulled in the driveway we felt relaxed. The garden area is so cared for and the view from the hilltop is breathtaking.
But a place wouldn't be as special without the people that make it so- Ann the innkeeper is a true gem, she made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Danny was such a joy to talk to and gave us all the insights on trails to explore throughout our visit. A special shout-out to everyone who made breakfast as I've never felt so treated in my life! Usually I'm in a rush in the mornings and having breakfast at 8: 30 in a loving community space was such an incredible part of our stay. Also everything was DELICIOUS.
A couple pro tips I'd recommend is taking the private hike up the hill as the 360 view is incredible. Also you MUST meet Bruno- he lives by the creek with the other great keeper Nate and kindly showed us the path to the river.
All in all this place is beyond words- it's an experience - one which you must discover for yourself. Thank you Sedona Views we cannot wait to come back!

A truly wonderful find. Perfect location, great clean, large, well stocked and really nice rooms. Of course views are truly one of a kind. Very well priced for Sedona.

We were there for a week during which it snowed twice. Ann, Sarah, and the entire staff could not have been more gracious and accommodating. It was an incredible week and Sedona Views was a major reason why. One picture was taken from their parking lot while the other is from their private beach.

Stayed in the Sedona Serenade for 1 night and it was absolutely amazing! The most comfortable room with a fireplace, an amazing view and a hot tub on the private deck. Had to leave early and miss the breakfast unfortunately but won't miss it next time. Will be back to this place again for sure 100%

Lovely little bnb! Rooms are spacious, clean, and everything functioned well. It felt very peaceful having our own little patio area with hot tub surrounded by their lush garden and red rocks. It's also pretty close to the downtown area. Breakfast was delicious too! We wanted to relax to celebrate our anniversary/babymoon and this was the perfect place!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Sedona Views B & B. Besides the beautiful grounds around the property, amazing views from every room, the location, they have a wonderful staff. They are just delightful. This time we were able to enjoy the Breakfast that is included, absolutely delicious. All homemade and different everyday. Furthermore, when we were not able to make it down to breakfast the last day due to flighting out, they offered to put breakfast items we could take with in. And, besides the property that they own across the road that goes down to the creek, which is also stunning, they have now done a trail behind their property. We didn’t have a chance to do but I know it was going to have fabulous views. Definitely a place you should stay at.

Absolutely perfect - the room was lovely, staff is friendly, and food is excellent. All the little touches throughout and gorgeous views from the property.

Cannot say enough good things about this bed and breakfast. Ann and Roger attended to every detail. Fabulous breakfasts, beautiful views and they had fabulous suggestions for hikes, dining and shopping. Our most favorite was staying at the B&B and enjoying the sunset!

I wish I could give more stars! The pictures do it no justice. This is the sweetest little bed and breakfast I have ever stayed at. Everything from booking, arrival, room, breakfast and check out were easy and well exceeded our expectations. We will surely be back and will recommend to all!

Great location and beautiful property. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the Serenade suite. Beautiful view from private deck complete with hot tub. Super clean, cozy and comfortable room well appointed with everything we could possibly need. Gracious host and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!

Truly the best place to stay in Sedona! Everything about the stay was perfect. Easy check-in, great communication. The room was so cozy with a perfect view! The private property to Oak creek across the street is paradise! Breakfast was amazing. Anne is a true gem. Hope to come back sometime.

I can't imagine there being a better place to stay in Sedona! We loved everything about Sedona Views. Our 3 night stay there from 8/22-8/24 was perfect. The room, Sedona Serenade, was perfect. Views from the bed, immaculate, and cleaned every day. A fireplace, a large beautifully decorated room, and great bathroom. Muffins, and cookies left every day. A private hot tub on our private patio gave us beautiful views of the Sedona red rocks. The location is just about a mile outside of Uptown Sedona which kept it quiet and secluded. On top of everything else is the access to their secret beach on Oak Creek, where the caretaker's dog, Bruno, made sure to show us the way down to the beach. You have to take a walk down to the beach to see just how beautiful it is down there. The owner of the property has made the secret beach feel a bit like Eden. Amazing! Lastly, spoke with Anne, the property manager, who gave us a quick call to make sure everything was going well. Sedona Views B&B is the only place I will stay on future trips to Sedona. 6 stars out of 5!

Our first trip to Sedona and we discovered the best place to stay! The Sedona Views Bed and Breakfast was nestled in the red rocks and you could not ask for more peace and quiet. A beautiful waterfall surrounded by lovely flowers made for a wonderful setting just to sit and view the red rock. The most unexpected surprise was we were invited to walk thru their beautiful property down to Oak Creek. This is a must walk. Looking forward to our next visit.

My mom and I stayed here for five days and four nights on a girls trip and could NOT have picked a better place to stay! We've traveled tons and stayed in all kinds of nice hotels, bnb's, rental homes, etc.and we both agreed Sedona Views was one of our all-time favorite stays. It is in the perfect location - super close to all the in-town shops and dining, but just up a little hill so you feel removed from the touristy-trap area and also have incredible views. The bed was really comfy, the shower was great, and we loved having our own (super clean!) hot tub to soak in after a long day of hiking. The management is so sweet and helpful and you MUST take advantage of their other property across the road. Before we booked I read other people's reviews about it and I'll just say it really is such a special place. It's a beautiful property along the river that they have clearly put lots of time and love into and it really made it feel like a more local stay. I probably looked at 30 different hotels/inns when we were planning our trip - just save yourself the time and book this one! I saw so many of the other places we had been considering when we were in town and we were so happy with our decision from beginning to end. The location also puts you close to Grasshopper (?) swimming hole and Slide Rock state park, which we loved. Thank you for an incredible stay and for creating such a gem of a BnB!
