11I have been seeing Dr. Annamalai for years and my parents see him as well. I think he’s good doctor but his Medical Assistant-Dee is so rude and treats patients with such disrespect. I was just there on Monday and as I was checking in I could hear her as well as the entire waiting room yelling at a patient on the phone. I have complained to the office manager when she was rude to my mother and really do not understand WHY she is still there! They need someone with compassion and empathy for these elderly patients. I’m disappointed that she’s been allowed to continue treating and talking to patients the way she does! My score is based sorely on her!
They care and listens to your medical problems. First doctor office I don’t mind going to, such a pleasant atmosphere.
Dr. Annanalai, is a doctor that actually listens to you. He does care about you and those around you. I believe he does this because those lifestyle factors do weigh in on your well-being. Same with work factors. These come in play as well. I recently changed careers and this had a major work life change. Where in the previous I was very active at work now it's mostly a desk job with about the same stress.

Is a very good doctor, very professional, also attentive to his patients. He is one that walk in integrity. I wouldn't trade him for nothing in the world.

Dr. Annamalai was recommended to me by another Dr. I’ve seen him twice and called in twice. I’ve been very happy with his treatment. I’m also very comfortable in the office. I got immediate response from my phone calls as well. I needed a new primary doctor and tried 3 different doctors. This office feels like I’m finally home.
