6I have lived here now for almost 2 years, and the fact that absolutely nothing has been fixed, or even looked at since I have been here, it is so unbelievable. Have I mentioned that the pool hasn't been swam in, in over 5 years lol, no seriously, it also never gets any cooler than 82° degrees in my apartment, real talk!
I moved in July19,2019 and I moved out February 5,2022 for almost 3 years it's been a nightmare now I'm in a better place but when you try to find something better and you have to put your previous address unfortunately I have to put down select apartment not only that they don't take responsibility for there employees actions that is so sad I was drugged by neighbors I feared for my life every day my neighbor was killed right across from me all around bad place to live.
I use to be a tenant and they are slumlords! We need to come together
This apartment are the world worse they don't fix anything and residents car been tried to get stolen no security guard no camera they don't fix anything my x lived here 20 years ago and said same thing who wants to pay $1700 for one bedroom and $1300 for studio not worth it this isn't place for seniors or kids to live
This complex is complete trash they do not fix any issues when u reach out to them to fix them the Ac there is none it's a lil cooler in the day time but past 5pm I'm guessing the time they go home the temperature goes up to 80 plus inside and is not good for the health of those living there.
Now that the lease is up they want to charge the tenets again $150 holding deposit and a $45 application 5 all over again which Has never been heard of when your lease is up a apartment gives you options to renew you lease or you can find somewhere else to move but it has never been know for a complex to ever ask for an additional deposit and app fee to renew you lease this complex is trying to scam the tenants out there money this is not legal in the state of Arizona and if this issue is not corrected they will have to deal with civil actions brought against them.
