Senderos at South Mountain, Phoenix AZ

I have been here since December and man I absolutely love it here. It’s so quiet everyone is so nice. Vivian in the office is so amazing patient and goes above and beyond. Pat the Maintenance man is amazing to as well he makes sure he keeps the complex clean as well as answer and work on all service request in great timing. I would highly recommend to move here:)

I came in close to closing, the leasing agent was so friendly, and was willing to show me all the options. She answered all my questions.

All employees are a bunch of lowlife grimy con-artist! NEVER RENT HERE not worth your money won't have cold water in summer will have horrible customer service in the office I can include numerous employees I seen within the three years I was there that do drugs on the clock, show up late, can't keep a professional business bearing. As an army vet I was excited finding my first place after service, little to know that I'd be wasting money and never seeing my deposit again constantly being harassed by the office employees and never getting a response to the lack of disregard of decency in any business matter stuff was stolen out of mine and my roommates vehicles. Even when I got a motorcycle, it was tampered with. I asked Office to see the cameras because I lived right in front of the office. They told me no that is not my job. Just blatantly does not care about the well-being of nobody in there. Plz save your money this place is not worth a penny and all levels of management, including one's not on property are pyramid scheme scam artist money hungry people

They were sneaky and attempted to be manipulative with their lease terms. They were not good with returning my security deposit. And some of the ratings may not be honest because they pay for five star ratings via incentives.

We moved to Senderos of South Mountain in the latter part of 2022. The management and maintenance staff are very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Since our arrival we find it to be a beautiful and clean gated community. The landscaping, grounds and pool are exceptionally maintained, work requests are promptly given attention. The apartments have an open floor plan with spacious room that can adequately accommodate large furniture. The frequent social events are a good way to know your neighbors and the food trucks that visit are very appetizing. We are definitely enjoying our residence.

I love it here! It’s well kept, fairly new build and quiet small community. The ladies in the office are always polite and welcoming. Maintenance is very tidy and service request are promptly responded to. Thanks for being a great place to live!

While I was looking for another place to stay after my divorce and heading to South Mountain Park, I drove by this location and inquired if they had additional units. Mckenzie was so nice that she gave me a tour of the facility that I instantly fell in love with. The staff was super nice and quick on communicating with me about my application process and the making sure I was able to move in on my desired move in date. I currently live here now and I love it! I love the spacious designed units that allows me to have a personal garage that gives me direct access to my space and to park my ca. I love the views from the balcony to see South Mountain right before my eyes. All appliances are stainless steel with a color scheme that matches the unit's ambiance. Kitchen has a beautiful backsplash and countertop space for prepping and cooking. The walking in closet space that provides wonderful storage and organization is a big check on my list. The best part of the living space is the remote access you have to the thermostat, entry way lights, and the door lock right from your phone. Simply AMAZING! The community is very quiet and safe that puts me at ease. The staff here is very quick and polite to handle all your concerns or maintenance requests on a timely basis. All in all this is a wonderful place to rent and feel at home as I've been here 6 months now.

I have been here for two months and it was the best decision I made. Its quiet and requests are taken care of quickly. The office door is always open when and if you need something. I love living here and my neighbors are great.

I just want to thank God for his many blessings. I moved to Arizona, I came from Maryland, the east coast. All the places we got were terrible and I wanted to move back to Maryland. My friend told me about Senderos at south mountain, and I told her that I will checked it up. I’m very happy that I made the right decision, I’m now one year at senderos at south mountain, I’m very pleased with living here, and I’m not moving back to Maryland. The office manager Lorena will go above and beyond to help residents and she is so supportive and excellent with everyone. Also, Patrick (Pat) is so awesome, he comes on time to fix things in the homes, he will always go above and beyond as well. The entire office staff are so great, I’m so happy to have them. The property is so clean and safe. Been here one year now no issues and I really love this place. Even though is expensive, and everywhere is expensive too but I do not regret living here. I recommend Senderos at South Mountain to everyone and you will get what you pay for without no regret. I really love Senderos at South mountain.

I recently moved here and have had an amazing experience so far! The community is well maintained - it's always clean and quiet. Senderos seems to be a very safe apartment complex, I haven't had any issues.
I absolutely love my apartment! I also haven't experienced any issues with my unit. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and safe apartment complex.
Another perk is that they might start bringing in food trucks into the community!

Very clean and beautiful landscape view of South Mountain, Pool area is well designed and the interior/exterior is very modern.

The apartments are very updated and new. Had floor space and high ceilings. The heat bill was very reasonable. Parking is terrible for any guest. No spaces due to other tenants nit using their driveways and garages to park in. People drive to fast around all corners and scare those walking their dogs. The maintenance man was the best he was on top of everything and knew everyone by name. Came asap if ask for any concern. Management change 4 times in 18 months never really knew the name of any but we friendly when you entered. We would have stayed had it not been for thr 2 bedrooms upstairs and nit very close to alot of shopping places that we rated in good conditions. The price was within the State average and if given a better deal after lease ended may have stayed even with the listed concerns. Over all its not a scarey place to live at with friendly neighbors.

First month here and it blows away my last complex. The community is great and the grounds are always clean. Also the food trucks Tuesdays have been pretty good!
