This is probably the WORST COMPANY I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It's appalling how rude the staff is and how poorly ran this company is. The only reason this place is still operating is because people are court ordered to go here and don't have a choice. If it were any other way, they would have been shut down years ago. TERRIBLE STAFF. They are incredibly rude and obviously don't care about their clients or their jobs what-so-ever. I really hope that this place is shut down or at least the entire staff is replaced. To call them customer service professionals is a laughable notion. This experience could have been somewhat acceptable if not for the ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.other than the terrible staff, the fees are exorbitant and they do not offer ANY payment plans regardless of how little you make, so be prepared to potentially choose paying for this over buying groceries for yourself and/or your family. The facility itself is also horrible, it looks like its still under construction and probably has asbestos, and it has a general depressing environment. At no point are you ever made to feel welcome. If you can, choose a different company. These people do not deserve anyone's time or money. Seriously unprofessional, unpleasant, and abysmal.

Danielle Miller is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life, her horrible attitude seeps into every word she says. Within the one exchange I had with her she had an incredibly nasty, rude and condescending tone that was so offputting that I left the building. These people abuse their clients. I don't have the monitor myself, but my girlfriend has been continuously been treated with disrespect and callousness the entire experience. I understand having a bad day but constantly having such a negative attitude is extremely unprofessional.

THIS PLACE IS NO GOOD! If I could give 0 stars I would these people dont even deserve half a star, They are terrible, I have never met a more rude staff. The place is awful. They don't even treat their clients like people. It's not that hard to treat people with respect and civility but apparently that is something this staff is against. BAD PEOPLE, BAD SERVICE, BAD COMPANY

I had to use this company. It’s not as bad as the reviews. I’ll assume all the people leaving bad reviews are the ones who couldn’t follow the rules. Danielle was my case manager and she was very fair. She’s tough and she doesn’t play games but she was funny and always very pleasant when I saw her. I won’t lie she was very intimidating at first (she has a very strong NY accent) but she walked me through everything and took the time to answer all my questions. If you think you’re going to sneak something past her you’re very wrong. Don’t let her charming personality and her wit fool you. She will call you out quickly! I wasn’t happy about all the money I had to pay but that’s the name of the game folks.

Comfortable chairs. If you're getting a CAM installed, dont forget your magnet when you return the device! Let them know to adjust it if it's too tight. And dont drink or use any alcohol based products the night before! If you have to go to work before your appointment to return the device, I would ask if it's ok to unplug the base and bring with you to work to eliminate the double trip.

Appointment time was at 3: 15 got there 30 min early, was not called until 5: 25. They rushed thru the explanation of how to use it. Mumbled replies when i had questions. Currently wearing the device, feel as if I don't fully understand all the conditions around it and would be them at fault for the poor set up.

Yes the wait times are unfair but, because they have no competition and its court ordered we have no choice & comparing it to all the other mandatory stuff they aren't that bad. I understand if I don't have the time don't do the crime.

I’m the fiancé and this is the worst company to work with. Lawyers need to know first hand how off, rude and horrible this company is first before telling them to agree to house arrest. If anyone has work release and then this.stick with work release in the end it’s wayyy better and you don’t have to deal with the management here.

I waited over an hour past my appointment time, staff were chatting with each other at their desks instead of helping customers. My case manager had a poor and condescending attitude and seemed bothered to have to go through info with me. If they were not required by the court, I can't imagine how they would ever be in business.

The 7th/Campbell office didn't give me the proper equipment and then demanded that I come back and get it or they would report me. Maybe not such a big deal if it were my over site or my license wasn't suspended and their office is nowhere near where I live! If there was a way to give zero stars to rate them I would.

My appointment was for 9 a.m. To get my ankle bracelet off, as well as return my breathalyzer. I arrived at 8: 50, I informed them I had a 9 a.m. Appointment when 9: 30 a.m. Came around. The gentlemen in blue asked if I signed in which I had, and told me to wait patiently and they would get to me. He then skipped over me and I heard a woman tell him he had skipped me and he ignored her concern. Terrible workers, constantly talking to one another, complete waste of labor.
