YOU NEED A BETTER CREDIT CARD BANK!
I went to the store and one of the employees offer me a credit card from @commenity bank and I never received my card! I called THOUSAND of times trying to get an account number to pay my bill and because security reasons they never provided me ANYTHING!
Later I found a bad mark in my score because of that! I will sue your bank! Been aware and don’t accept their cards!

They have just about anything you could need and plenty of staff to help you shop. Everyone was welcoming, kind and attentive.

Unlike my experience at Ulta, I was greeted upon entering the store, and I was offered and received help. Such a great experience

I went in with several concerns regarding the foundation I was using and skin care. Daniel was more than happy to help. He started off by asking me what I was looking for, what my routine was and what concerns I had. Step by step he helped me pick a skincare, primer, foundation, setting powder, and spray. He had absolutely no problem with helping me even though I’m more of a make up minimalist and have basically no idea what I’m doing. He truly made my day yesterday.

I walked in looking for, as it turns out, a discontinued product.: (Fortunately, the sales girl, Kristen, immediately lead me to a comparable product and their top seller. I bought Caudaiíe Reversotrol lift, from Paris. It has resveratrol in it, which is a great antioxidant rejuvenator. Although it was very expensive, at $62.00 for a tiny tube, for an eye lift. I feel it is worth its weight in gold! Thanks for all the helpful sales advice. Kristen, you rock! Thanks a bunch!

The customer service here is incredible. I don't wear make up but visited with my daughter so she could pick something out, their customer service was so phenomenal I ended up leaving with something for myself as well when they helped me out with something I didn't even know I wanted! Everyone I the store greeted me throughout my venture.

The ladies were very knowledgeable about makeup here. I personally was not buying makeup but watching them work and assist people was amazing. I did get a lotion here and they were very knowledgeable about it and I was very happy with the service I received.

The selection is GREAT! And the staff was so nice and informative! Such a positive experience

Daniel showed and educated me on all the products I enquired about absolutely fantastic professionalism! 10/10

Customer = Nuisance

Spend your money elsewhere. Park Place Sephora is an example of how to turn away customers and crash profits.

It appears that customers are a nuisance to the employees-even if you manage to get their attention-since they are in groups chatting away. If you are helped, the employees are ill equipped to help and/or not knowledgeable about the products; call on a "makeup artist" who gives their illustrious advice for 10 seconds and then returns to the clique (annoyed that you interrupted their very important conversation). This has happened on multiple occasions/hours/days and I will not be returning. I'd rather spend my time and money elsewhere than at place where I am thought of as an inconvenience, not valued, or needed. And yes, body language speaks volumes.

Furthermore, the high turnover rate of employees (yep, we've noticed) is an excellent indicator of how a company is only as good as its employees.

Zero customer service and the store literally stunk so bad of perfume I could could not leave fast enough! All employees were gathered in a large group gossiping and laughing. Only one employees was working the register and he did call for help. This is the second time I've been here and the same thing happened last time. There was about six of us in line when some girl finally came to help him. They always ask if someone helped you.we all were saying the same thing.no! I had planned to buy several things but only bought one item because I couldn't stand the smell it was so strong. This was my last visit to this location. Two times is enough.

Friendly staff and helpful! Be careful if you apply for a credit card. Mine is still messed up 4 month later.

Great staff. Was seeking out a new perfume as my standard has been discontinued. Found something perfect.

My grandma bought me a sunscreen that I’m allergic to. She does not recall the receipt and I was looking to return the sealed item (brand by Sephora) and they refuse to find a solution. She expected my grandma to have a membership. I just wanted a sunscreen that doesn’t make my face feel like fire and use the money writhin the same store. She denied to further assist and was extremely short to finding a solution. This place is for vanity not health or empowerment.

Staff was friendly and helped me made some new skincare selections. Overall friendly establishment although some of the usual stuff was not in store so probably have to go online to order the product I wanted.
