If I could give no star, I would! I was hounded like a dog today by the assistant manager with neon pink and white hair. I already had my mask on and he started to follow me around the Arrowhead Sephora store! I felt harrased because he was hounding me like a dog around the store and spoke to me in a harrasing manner! After the second time of him rudley commanding me to put my mask on higher closer to my eyes I demanded to speak to the store head Manager. When I spoke to the store head Manager she said that "Corporate as of this past Monday on August 3,2020 the Coporation of Sephora made it mandatory that the masks be placed up past the nose near the eye socket and that since Sephora is a "small and pop store, " they don't have to follow the state mandated laws concerning the mask wearing, therefore the head Manager said, "Anyone who can't wear the masks the way that Sephora wants one to wear it are not allowed in their store, this includes people with medical problems and the handicap. " Unbelievable! They have become a discriminating store that is allowing their employees to practice this behavior that is against the Federal laws of our land. Please contact the following department if this happened to you at any Sephora store specially the Arrowhead Mall Sephora.

"If you think that you have been discriminated against in using such a facility, you may file a complaint with the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice, or with the United States attorney in your area. You may also file suit in the U. S.district court. "

Do Not Shop At This Store!

I appreciate their efforts in following safety guidelines and sanitization. I had a very helpful sales associate who was polite and knowledgeable about my product. She efficiently took care of my reason for visiting the store.

Jocelyn greeted me right away. She was at the register and I had Just walked in (headphones in, hat on, total give away I more Than likely wouldn’t respond). In all honesty, I’m going through a miscarriage and was just trying not to be bothered by the people in the middle of the mall running their businesses. She greeted me any way. It’s important because so often now a day’s especially in retail, people don’t greet you even if they see you walk in two feet from them. She helped me right away exchange a product and return what I had The entire time she was thoroughly listening to what I was Looking for lip product wise. She showed me a few suggestions and was eager to help. I appreciated Her immediate response to me being frustrated about not knowing what to purchase and having been on a long journey to find a lip stain/stick etc.we had small talk because I wasnt Feeling well from the process of the miscarriage and she was kind and compassionate during my visit. The sweetest associate! I always Into the the JCPenney one in that mall because the large Sephora store is intimidating. She made me feel so comfortable! Really appreciate her time

They were very nice and helpful but I went in to get a new foundation and concealer. A lady helped me find my shade. We tried some on and I picked the ones that was the right shade. So she got the ones that were my shade and I bought it. But when I got home it was a completely different shade i think. Idk if I’m not putting make up on right but I know this is way brighter than my face. I just want my money back or at least get me the right shade. What chall think.

I like this store, always helpful and kind.
But annoying how the workers hover over you and eye you as you sample stuff but I suppose they do have to keep check of stock.

Pricey, but worth the quality. The customer service is kind of hit and miss though. Some times they are really busy and no one acknowledges you, other times the help/friendliness is amazing.

I come here all the time with girl friend to try and pick out something high quality and to make a statement, but the department ladies are way too pushy, I felt like I was getting caught in a shark tank, about 5 workers insisted on helping me and a friend when we already knew what we wanted, and they all acted like NPCs, all saying "you have wonderful glasses, would you like to try this new face mask? "

They did what I needed them to do, answered all the questions I had. They are amazing, and I love that they are not to big so it isn't overwhelming for me ‍️ perfect amount of perfume and cologne aswell. It's everything I could ask for

Employees were very rude. I went in for the first time to spend a gift card I received for Christmas and I had two employees push past my stroller without so much as an excuse me or sorry. I then decided I didn’t want to spend any money there and requested that the card me cashed out and was told they couldn’t do it. They just told me get rid of it or sell it. I won’t ever shop here and will always recommend ulta over Sephora when asked.

Pricey, but worth it. I walked around the store for a minute, a girl half my age asked if I needed help, I said yes please, she matched the foundation to my skin perfectly. I have never been in the store before, but will definitely be back!

I love this Sephora! Out of all that I have been to, they are definitely the best.i always get my makeup done here, and the girls are sooo nice, and knowledgeable. They always help me out when needed, and offer their input to help me out. So far, so good. Keep it up y'all.

I love the make up but I don’t like the customer service specially when they think them self to much just bc u have not a lot of knowledge that’s stupid if u don’t know you ask how to use the products that’s why they pay the employees for not make you feel as stupid I wanted to give 0 star but u have no option and is ridiculous I feel so bad just for ask which brush to use for contour.

Horrible Customer Service.my husband went in to buy something for me he was not serviced thankfully he knew exactly what I wanted.cashier dis not speak he had ti tell her good morning to get any acknowledgement from her after she rang him up he had to ask her if she would please take my VIB number. Great way to treat customers!

When me and my friends were walking around they all thought we took us one guy even followed us outside of the store and around the mall i will never buy stuff again from that one
