My own experiences at serenity spa Peoria are
with there skills in sore muscles and tension relief through massage. All three gals, Tiffany, Amy and Mindy are great at helping your body forget what you should not have just done to it. All three with different techniques towards loosing muscular pains and hot spots yet still following the industry tried and true moves towards a more relaxed body.
My wife, although very familiar with there skills in massage, also uses the beauty aid treatments of false eye lashes installation and upkeep along with facials and eye brow shaping and tinting.

I loved the attention, they were very attentive to me and Amy was the therapist I chose and nothing, I highly recommend her, she has magical hands

I arrived 15 mins prior to my appointment as typically there’s paperwork to fill out as a new guest (there was none apparently). The man at the front desk didn’t say anything until I addressed him, he matter of factly informed me that I was early & they were running late. When I asked how late he said 10 mins so I decided to run next door & arrived 5 mins past my original appt time. No acknowledgment when I came in again either. At 25 mins past my appointment a woman came to the seating area & just said, “I’m ready for you”. I followed her back & she left the room for me to change for all of 45 seconds & then was knocking as she started turning the door handle, I had to panicky yell that I was still undressing! She gave me 1min & was knocking again, luckily I’d just climbed under the sheet. I was face up as she’d not given me any instructions & she seemed irritated & told me “turn over”. She started rubbing at my back over the sheet? ! I’ve had tons of massages in my life & never have had anyone work on me while leaving the sheet pulled all the way over my shoulders. She never asked me about what I was wanting, my trouble areas etc. I’d booked a deep tissue massage & definitely didn’t get that! I really don’t know how to describe the “massage” as I’m not convinced she’s even actually a licensed massage therapist. She didn’t speak to me at all the rest of the service. Meanwhile, she left the door to the room open the whole time which was super uncomfortable as people were walking up & down the hall throughout my entire appointment. There was also a time when someone came to the room & started talking to her, she just stopped working on me & walked over to the door to respond! The whole appointment I could hear everything that was happening at the front desk including a woman who got very upset that she’d been waiting so long & decided to leave. There was never any apology or even acknowledgment that they made me wait so long. The whole experience was terrible, I’d never return or recommend anyone go here!

I called ahead and scheduled a 90 minute massage based on the reviews online. They placed me in a massage room and i waited over 15 minutes for someone to come and do the massage. The lady who started was great and then 10 minutes into it she tells me she has another customer and is having someone else come in and finish the massage.
The new person was exact opposite of what the first massage lady was doing. I was never asked what i wanted or anything. They are very loud in the hallways and you just can't get in a mind state of relaxation. So i just finished the massage and left.
After i left i got a fraud alert and my card i just used was being used in another country to purchase items. Well it had to have been stolen from me at this massage place and sold!
I would stay away from here and i have reported all of this to the credit card company and the Attorney General's Office.

First time, was lucky to get an appointment the day of. I had Tiffany and she did and amazing job. One hour massage.full body. $60.are you kidding me. I will come back here every single time I'm in town. Clean, friendly, calming. Go see Tiffany, tell her Ed sent ya.

Excellent customer service. It was the best massage I have ever had. I plan to be a repeat customer

I love this place been here more times than I can count and I come for the amazing lashs I'm an lash extension technician myself and it's hard for me to find a place that's quick and I trust and this would be the place. One day I was running rather later than expected I called the owner who was the one going to do my lashes and asked her if I could still come since I had to be at my sister's wedding the fallowing morning not only did she keep her doors open past close for me she was kind about it gave me anazingly sunning lashes as always for an amazing price definitely left a well deserved tip and she left me excited to let everyone know where they should take their business
