Serial Grillers, Tucson AZ

Absolutely the worst service that I have ever l. The man who was carrying food out to us was so rude and frankly mean that we will never eat another serial grillers restaurant again.

Really outstanding burgers! My favorite so far is the Jack of All Trades burger. If you like lots of spice, this is your burger!

The fries are excellent, as well.

I have only been to this Serial Grillers location about 10 times since I discovered it in July, but I have never had a bad experience here.

The ambiance here is rather stark, but consistent with the theme (pun on serial killers movies). The chairs are hard and uncomfortable if your posterior is less than well padded.

Wait staff is courteous and helpful.

Good employees, food, and price. Names of their products are a bit odd and really have nothing to do with what is being offered.

One of the top local restaurants to eat. This place has all the right things… amazing food (pizza, subs, and amazing ranch). This is our go to place for birthdays and social meals. Support this place and all their ventures, support local and especially the serial grillers family.

We've been to other locations and this particular location was subpar. The staff were not friendly and did not seem happy to be there. The food was so-so. Definitely not the experience we expected.

Enjoyed this stop, sports bar atmosphere. Salad was good.

The only bummer was that the only thing horror-themed was the words on the menu. I was hoping for more of an experience.

Fantastic burgers! I usually get the "Jack of all trades" and a side of tater tots and love it. They have a an entire wall of beer taps with most any kind of beer you might want.

The steak sandwich was very good, but the burger and pizza where very plain. The Mariana sauce was bland and the burger was just okay. The onion rings where good. Although the beer is worth going there for.

My husband and I visited on a busy Friday night, expecting a wait (we're former food service employees, we know about Friday nights lol). Despite the chaos of a full house, the employees were all wonderful. There was a bit of a hiccup with our order, and the manager (very nice man) came out and proactively apologized, and when we got our food it was delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

We where fans of the first location so decided to try out this location. It did not disappoint. Amazing food. Love how big and spread out the layout is inside. Pricing is what you would expect for what you get. Best pastrami sub we've found in town. Best crust and bread. Our son's can't wait to go back to the "Halloween restraunt"

The sandwich compositions seem to not complement well. I long for a classic Philly cheese steak.

I do love the fries! And a totally unique theme and atmosphere!

The place is a seat yourself kind of place that is simple as it gets. Didn’t have to wait too long to be served our food.

Tonight’s dinner was pizza from this wonderful place! We visit Tucson 2-4 times a year from northern Indiana and we always eat here. Hands down the best pizza around! We look forward to the next time!

Great beer selection, orange blossom my new favorite. Very nice staff, comfortable atmosphere, love thier french fries, and sandwiches were good as well.

Food is always great, service is always beyond great, especially at this location. There was a problem with the order printer in the kitchen and our food was delayed, but the place was slammed so we didn't even know there was a problem. The manager came and told us, and even did something to make it up to us. Get the red dragon calzone!

Food is always the same great tasting. Edit: food is not the same any longer. They've changed so many items and ruined many of the delicious dishes they had. So sad.

Burnt onion rings, pizza tasted like a$$, it wasn’t a cheesesteak but it was a good sandwich (The Hannibal) sticky table, bathrooms that open right into the dining room won’t be back

Wasn't too busy seemed to have a very diverse menu. Really nice and accommodating staff, And they were able to get my food out in a very timely manner. Overall Very happy with my experience
