Serra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse

If I am being totally honest. I was happy with everything that I got. But, I was never offered about a quarter of the meat menu. We were there for over an hour. And also I must say It said Caesar salad, But without a Caesar dressing Is it or is it just romaine with parmesan? I have been there 6 times in the last 6 months and only once was I ever offered lamb And I have never been offered Filet Mignon without the bacon.

Great meats and food. The service was above and beyond. They do exceptionally well with customers and their communication is outstanding

We went at 5pm on a Tuesday. We were the only ones in there. Food and service was very good. Staff were interactive and cordial. It is good to be king.

Food was okay. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was our first time here. They kept going to a table behind us offering all kinds of meat. They were being favored no doubt. They never turned around and offered us any even though our tab was green. We only tried a few and most were chicken or pork. But again, the table behind us kept enjoying different kinds of meats. We felt that their service was not the greatest There was only 1 waiter who was very polite. Unfortunately, we had never experienced anything like this despite of going to many Brazilian steakhouses. We will not be returning.

Overall, it's a decent experience, but the value for what you get just isn't there. Service was great. All were very friendly and prompt. Had a party of 6, and after drinks are all said and done, it gets expensive for what you get. Meat was good. Some seasoned too much at times, but overall, it tasted good. Was waiting the whole time for the ribeye to come by, asked towards rhe end, and was told it needed to be ordered separately. No extra cost, but has to be requested. Took about 20 minutes after ordered, which is fine, just wish I hadn't already filled up on the other meats. Ribeye came out medium as requested, but was definitely lacking flavor. Beer was cold which is always good. Overall, the atmosphere had a definite "cafeteria" vibe to it. Lots of movement, people up and down, multiple plates, etc. Guess that's to be expected at a Brazilian steakhouse, but I have been to better "feeling" places.
I'd probably do it again, but not with the whole family. I would say give it a shot, but be ready to spend some dough

Food and service was great. The rotation of meat was perfect. The manger Norma so friendly and shared great knowledge of the history of Brazilian steakhouses and the waiters Yousef and his team were on point and definitely made sure we always had everything we needed.
We will definitely be going again.

The food was hit or miss for me because some of the meat was overdone. The parm pork specifically was too dry, to the point where I couldn't eat it. However, the molten chocolate cake I had was very good, and I ate every bite. The service was very good, with all the servers being very attentive, but Marcos specifically was incredible. He was very attentive and also friendly but not overbearing. He really made our night, and it was a pleasure to have him serve us.

Our waiter was not very friendly. He was not attentive at all. We had to flag him down for refills and he kept pestering us to be done so we would leave. It was annoying because we still had our cards flipped to green, which would indicate that we wanted more meat to be offered to us. When we were done and all of our cards were flipped to red it took 15 minutes for him to bring us the check. When the check finally came, he shoved it right in front of my husband phone while he was using it, and that was very rude. We waited 15 minutes for him to come back and take our payment, but he never did. We finally had to flag down the manager to take our money. The young man just had an attitude the whole time. I get that you want us to leave, but you if you could please just complain to your coworkers and keep the attitude to yourself, that would be great. It's not nice to take it out on the paying costumer and it really left us feeling upset and like we were a huge burden because we wanted more meat. It was ESPECIALLY frustrating because a 20% tip is already included because of our party size, the meat guys deserved the tip, but our waiter did not deserve a single cent.

Food as always was delicious. The meats are amazing, the salad bar is great, the deserts are great. And Norma the manager is the best. Half the reason we go back as often as we do is to see her!

Most impressed with the service at Serra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse. The servers moved around the floor very quickly and they were Not on roller skates. Old fashioned hustle was evident as they descended on table after table with really juicy meats. I was especially impressed with the quality and amount of food at the salad bar. I wished the infants taken to the restaurant by their parents were a little quieter but they were hungry too. The manager came over and talked with us for awhile. He seemed to be quite a good conversationalist and really added to our overall appreciation. Some food items seemed a bit saltier than I preferred but that’s my own personal taste. Maybe it wasn’t salt but something else that gave a few of the meats a salty taste. We don’t cook with salt and so anything that is the least bit salted tastes salty. Anyway, the quality of the food was worth the price. Almost forgot to mention the Brazilian Flan. The desserts was exceptionally great! Don’t miss out when you’re finished with all the meats and wondering whether you have room for dessert.

The service was excellent. The meats ok.
I was not a fan of the bacon wrapped filet mignon. It was wayyyy over cooked, so extremely chewy. I got it multiple times and all times it was the same and after removing the bacon the meat had no flavor whatsoever. Definitely did not like the cold veggies at the food bar.
The place looks fancy in an old restaurant building. Personally Galeto and
Fogo de Chão are better for the same price.

This is a nice place if your meat eater food was good, how the meat was a little dry for my liking… but overall nice friendly customer service food was good. My son loves the place it was his birthday, so that is the reason why we went!

We were greeted promptly. We were taken to our table immediately even though our reservation wasn't for another hour. The food was delicious. The picture is of the parmesan pork. It was tender and savory. If you have never been. The way it works is you go to salad bar first. Then while at your table you have this device or card that is green on one side and red on the other. Green means go ahead and bring on the meats. Waiters bring meat to the table on a sword shaped skewer with one kind of meat. If you want it, you use the privided tongs to hold the slice of meat. They cut it off and you place it on your plate. Other waiters with other cuts of meat will come by. If you need a break or pause the abundance of meat, flip the device/card to red. When ready for more flip it back to green.

I would not come back again. The waitress that seated us rattled off how the meal was going to proceed so quickly that I could not understand her. We waited a really long time before they took our drink order. The first few meats they brought us were really dried out, as if they had been on the warmer forever. The restaurant was fairly empty at this time. We had to wait 20+ minutes for dessert. We had one adult with us that chose the vegetarian option, yet was charged full price. They added on a 20% service charge, we were 4 adults, and 2 children, and still wanted a tip. That experience was definitely not worth the $400+ we paid for the evening.

Loved everything about this place. Salad bar was superb and service was exceptional. Meat was good quality for the most part. There were a couple of items that were dry but otherwise great. Would definitely return. Check out the birthday dessert! This was amazing.

Wonderful dining experience! As I'm enjoying the Carnavor Life, this place is exactly what I can enjoy. The Brazilian flavors were fabulous. Hope to enjoy the food again in the near future.
