Incredible service, even when they were short staffed they were able to exceed my expectations. The hardest part is the waiting, and I was able to call anytime I wanted an update on my vehicle repaired with no issues.

I was in a hit and run where my mirror was broken. Eric helped me find a cheaper alternative to replace it and did a fantastic job changing it out. It's as good as new. He's a huge asset to your team here and I can't thank him enough for his kindness and generosity.

Took my car to get my bumper fixed after an accident, and had a pair of Raybans stolen, i called right away and they said there are not going to investigate. Dont recomend this place.

Although I ended up using a different shop, the staff was great. Though I did schedule an appointment over the phone, the person I was there to see had not been in. Even with that slight hiccup, another employee was quick to provide estimate and go over it with me in detail. While I decided to go elsewhere and cannot speak upon actual work being performed, I felt the service was excellent.

I received my vehicle yesterday, I was very excited to finally have my car after almost a month of having it in the shop. However, I was very disappointed when I received it and saw that the inside of my car was full of dirt, my interior is leather and tan color. With this is mind, it seems like the workers weren’t careful to get it dirty there was dirt spots everywhere on my doors, seats, dashboard. I was told my car would get buffed out so it could match the same paint in the front which was where the accident happened, however they didn’t do it to the top of the car or the back. Truly disappointed with this bodyshop.

The front desk is sparsely operated, but once someone finally sees someone waiting at the desk, they provide their full attention.

Probably the best collision repair shop in the Phoenix area. They assess your needs, inform you of the repair costs and why, and keep you up to date with the repair process through their online access. The repairs are top notch.
